住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容

真实点评距离机场很近，而且晚上睡觉不觉得吵。然后酒店专门接送客人往返机场的小巴士很便捷，还有一趟每天市里景点巴士也很好。酒店的餐厅也不错，工作人员也很友好也专业，素质也都很高。总之，入住体验还是很不错的！推荐

真实点评酒店前台接待非常热情，乐于助人，我们是周日到的，一个孩子发烧了，需要去买药，我就去前台咨询，这附近不能步行去药店，然后酒店前台接待员告诉我，可以网上下单，直接半小时送到酒店。我下单后，等了一个小时都没有收到药，就让酒店接待员Joo帮我打电话咨询了网上药店，因为我们是晚上下单，最快需要早上八点才能送到，因为孩子一直发烧，不能等这么久，前台接待员告诉我附近有24小时药店，但需要打车去，幸运的买到了要饿，非常感谢酒店工作人员的热情帮助。

真实点评位置很不错，机场到达7号门外就有班车，车程大概10分钟左右。酒店很不错，房间非常干净，周边安静，睡得很舒服。注意白天往返机场班车是每个整点出发。因为半夜到达所以我跟前台沟通延迟退房，前台工作人员态度都非常好，很满意。

真实点评如果不租车，乘坐机场大巴，比较便利。 早餐还不错。
如果租车出行，没有必要选择这家酒店，开车前往有些绕，并没有一般机场酒店的便利。 我定的家庭间，因为当天飞机延误，到达酒店已经凌晨一点多了，员工给我们开了房间，进去发现只是普通的大床间，旁边虽有一个沙发但是没有被子和床单，但是实在太晚了大家太累太困了，还有很多行李，只能躺下迁就了一晚。家庭间和大床间是有几百元差价的，不明白为什么定了家庭间却给我们安排普通大床间。 其他网站上显示15岁以下儿童免费早餐，评价中也有人提及，但是我们早餐时被拦在了门口，说是只有两个人的早餐，后面另一个工作人员跟我们再次核实了信息后说是孩子可以进入。 房间面积很小，设施老旧，价格一千多人民币，性价比太低了。我们订的不可退，即将出行时发现房间降价了几百元。以酒店的现有条件和距离机场的距离，如果几百元入住可能更合适。 早餐补充的非常慢，有一个粥，热乎的味道还不错，比较适合国人的口味，我们八点抵达餐厅，粥只够半碗了，后来过去几次都没有添加。
