Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was elegant and luxurious, with a vibe that made me feel right at home. The coziness and attention to detail created a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere.

I was sad to leave! Everyone from the valet service, to reception and poolside staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was big and so much was thought out. Clean spacious bathroom, a shower to die for (especially coming back from hours at work), all the amenities you need. The gym was the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen, the pool was designed so perfectly you had just enough sun and shade. I’d go back in a heart beat - Rosewood ftw!

The location is exceptional: close to Saadiyat island, with a pleasant view. There is a lovely promenade that loops around the island (around 4km). The Galleria Mall is connected to the hotel. The service was beyond my expectations. From the butler to the concierge, every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful! We stayed only 2 nights but managed to build rapport with all of them. The Manor club was particularly impressive, the cocktail canapés and breakfast were particularly tasty and well presented.

Serbia1.While whoever is in charge think that nobody(guests) will notice; the AC mellows down during the night,which makes it impossible to sleep in a place where the temperature is often in the 30s at night. Cheap way to cut cost,especially when you're a 5 star hotel. 2. Some of the staff are overally nice to the point of coming off annoying. The other half has an attitude which borders rudeness(reception especially). I'm guessing cause in their head they work in the 5 star hotel. That fact alone isnt worthy of a 5 star establishment.
