Location = 8/10 Parking = 10/10 Room = 9/10 Cleanliness = 10/10 Staff = 10/10 Breakfast 5/10 Dinner = 8/10 Value for the money = 9/10 Hotel is relatively new, we had room at top floor. Room size is good, minimalistic decor but functional and very clean. There should be more pillows. TV channels should be better but OK for short stay. Bathroom is missing some shelf for personal toiletries and some hangers for towels and towel heater/dryer. View from the room is OK if you look in distance but everything in vicinity is construction sites as this area is rapidly growing and hotels are built everywhere... Parking is very good, behind hotel in large parking lot which is under lights and video surveillance, someone mentioned steep hill/slope to access it, it is not problem at all, it is good incline but not problem for access parking lot. Since we stayed at October it was end of season so breakfast was not buffet but prepared a plate with fried eggs, some sausage, some cucumber, tomato, olives and little feta cheese. We received bottle of juice and water, it was possible to take coffee from pot (it wasn't good...) and to prepare some tea. It would be better it was buffet where we could find more choice for our liking but understandable because end of the season. Dinner was good but more than half items from the menu wasn't available due to end of season but what we could order was prepared good and it was up to our liking. Prices for diner are acceptable. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Sarande, with extraordinary views and excellent value for money compared to others. The beach is just a 5-minute walk, and plenty of restaurants are nearby. Be sure to book a sea-view room for the best experience.

I ordered a room with a view to the beach . I received a room with a view to an old building. The view was in the terrace that was outside my room . That is open to everyone. They said this is the room I ordered.

As a family room, it was quite small. The area of neighborhood is quite packed and dense.

Very spacious parking in the private backyard - very convenient if you travel with car. In the pretty busy street, but shops, groceries, restaurants, bars can be reached by hand. Sea-view room with balcony, restaurant is working until late at night.

The only thing I didn't like it was the juice at the breakfast was not for my taste but this is my preference.

The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. Launch and dinner at the hotels restaurant were good and tasty, for fare price. Big parking lot behind the hotel with entrance from the parking with lift and ramp for easy access.

Although the location is very good, drive carefully on the way to the parking lot located behind the hotel. There is a steep ramp.

We had to leave by 8.15 and the restaurant didn’t open till 8 , so we weren’t able to have the included breakfast. I understand the restaurant is not controlled by the hotel but suggest the hotel might discuss that they start breakfast a little earlier say 7 .

Fantastic reception staff . The young man spoke great English and was very helpful . Also the young lady in the morning was very helpful and spoke well.
