The property was very clean and at the best location with an amazing beach front view. The owner is the kindest soul, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They also had the best home made crepes as part of their breakfast.

Great location clean room with good sea view balcony. Matilda is great host very helpful during our stay. The beach is very clean with crystal clear water. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Breakfast was good and included with the room. The service was excellent and reserved sun loungers were a bonus. It is excellently located, about a 15-minute walk to the main bars and restaurants.

Parking a bit of a problem. We were told we couldn’t park at hotel & to park on the street. It was late in the afternoon so there weren’t any spots. There isn’t a car park as such although the owner allowed us to park in very small car park up the hill. Car’s generally park in the steep driveway.

We booked this hotel for its location right on the beach which was beautiful. The view was lovely & the water was crystal clear. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down. 10 min walk to main promenade

The location was beautiful and the property had its own chairs in front of the water. The room was clean and had a great view. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisting us to hire a car.

The bar was not open at all (maybe due to it being October?). Breakfast was not a buffet - you order off a menu from the 5 options. They are so kind tho, you just have to ask and they’ll bring other things like fruit

Room was lovely, amazing views, sun beds comfortable and free. Went in October so was not too busy or loud. Fresh towels every day. Sunset so pretty.

The only issue I have is that when I booked the room, it was advertised as having a balcony and a nice view of the sea. However, when I arrived, I found it was a different room.

The host was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The private beach is stunning, clean, and beautiful, resembling a natural pool. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Sarande.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning of October and had a lovely time; - Check in was easy, shown straight to our room which was clean and spacious - Breakfast menu was small but the options were varied, we tried pancakes, crepes and omelette between us and they were all very tasty. Service at breakfast was quick and friendly - Private beach area is excellent with cushioned sun loungers for guests (they were so so comfy!) - Bar was well stocked with a good cocktail selection and we had amazing service to our loungers on the day - The beach area is very clean and the sea water was so clear - There is plenty of space for parking and the owners kindly parked and reshuffled cars for easy access throughout the day The owners are the friendliest couple who made us feel very welcome throughout We couldn’t recommend this place enough, definitely a hidden gem!

They don’t serve any food but the breakfast. We arrived at mid-day and were hoping for some light food at the beach but they only have drinks.

This is a wonderful place the host Mathilda was lovely and accommodating. The location is great and we don’t need to go anywhere to enjoy the beach and it’s a walking distance to the city center. There’s a private parking but also public parking it’s free. Breakfast was great and with options. All the way the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets.

Great place to stay in Saranda. Our balcony looked over the sea & it is a great location. Staff very friendly. Having the beach right there is the best.
