A little small bathroom

It’s located near the airport. There are some restaurants, stores and a peaceful park around the hotel. Good safety.

The elevator did not work when we needed to leave very early for the airport. I could not carry my suitcase down, but thankfully another client helped me.

It was very clean, the b d was very comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Elevator situation is weird. Can't get off at your floor. Need to get off at floor 1 then take the stairs

Place was very good, location too, many restaurants around the corner. I requeted one small room with a twin bed, everything was confortable (with a small desk too) and clean. I feel a little unsafe because the room was in the first floor and it seems easy to climb to the window from the street. But the area was very safe and everything was OK. It is close from the USA Embassy, I walked to do my VISA (15 minutes walk), very convinent. Everyone was very nice.

It is very difficult to find the property. There is no sign with the name of the hotel because the hotel is only two floors of a tall building. To make things worse, it is the last building at the end of a deadend ally.

Rooms are a bit small, but I knew that before.

The Clayton is very close to the coworking space HIT Cañitas, which was important to me. I liked the lounges on 1st and 2nd floor: an ideal place to either relax or work a bit with my MacBook. I LOVED the cartoon-like videos of a cat sitting in front of the house or at a window. That was running in the breakfast area and always matched with the weather and lighting outdoors.

Everything was impeccable. Very friendly staff. Location was perfect. I enjoyed the stay and I’ll definitely consider it in the future when I visit Buenos Aires.

Very comfy place to stay. Location is great, good restaurants within minutes walk. Room view was nice. This is my second stay here and my first on the second floor, the wifi is a bit slower up there but everything else is great.

Walls were a bit thin and unfortunately I was close to the reception.

Location in Palermo was good. Good functional room with a nice private bathroom.

we only stayed one night but I would definitely stay again! Nice place in a great location to food, bars and shopping. the rooms are nice as well and clean. a little small but not an issue for us! Staff was super friendly. There was a small mixup with our check in and they fixed it very quickly and even comped is a couple of beers!

Room was not confortable for someone that is travelling, no chair or proper furtniture where you can accomodate your stuff on. Had to put all all my luggage, clothes, and things on the floor. No safety box either. Not sure was going on with the water in the bathroom, but it smelled kind of bad. Area is super noisy as well, even with the windows closed you could here people talking, and lots of noises from the construction next door. I felt weird having to ask people downstairs to open/close the door for me everytime I had to go in/out of the building, but this is a super personal opinion.

Staff is great, super helpful and friendly, specially Ana Laura. People that works at the building downstairs are super nice and friendly as well. Bed was really confortable, air conditioning worked perfectly fine. Location is good, full of restaurants and a open 24-hours supermarket two blocks away.

I had to leave too early to have breakfast but everything else was great and exceeded my expectations. I only needed a room between flights. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It was very hot when I arrived in BA and the lady got me a refreshing glass of cold water while I filled in the registration form. Last night when I came back from dinner soaked from the rain a different lady on reception offered me an extra towel. Both were small gestures but really meant a lot.
