Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My only little negative was that we were located on the 12th floor right below the rooftop pool, patio, bar. When trying to nap/rest before going out, we could hear chairs and tables being moved across the floor and it echoed in the room. But again, this was only a slight issue and would not deter us from staying here again.
Beautiful property, friend staff, good breakfast selection, best location for tourists who want to be centrally located to many of the sites and activities

Great location to visit the main Tourist sites such as the Plaza de Mayo and Obelisco. Very good breakfast, and a great rooftop bar with views of the Obelisco.

There are no spaces if you need to work, there is only the restaurant. Also you can not stay there pass 10 pm, so if by time zone difference you need to attend meetings it is complicated.
Rooms where clean, breakfast was normal but you can order additional omelette, staff was friendly specially in the restaurant

The greeting on entry the first time. There was a lot happening at the time. However, a tiny bit more service would have helped. It was noisy at night due to the main road traffic and not ideal for light-sleepers.
Breakfast was lovely, and easy. The room was well appointed and lovely to stay in. The location was central and made getting around easy.

first time I had to pay for coffee in the room … and expensive Swimming was open till 1800, yet we where asked to leave at 17.40 … since enployee wanted to go home.

We were allocated a suite which turned out to be immediately below the Sky Bar which played loud music every evening. We complained and were able to move to an alternative room in a couple of hours. Have to pay for coffee in the room.
Location very central. Rooms were big and comfortable if a little dated. Roof top pool. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

In the room is a coffee maker and a kettle but if you use te coffee machine you pay £3.50 per cup. Bottle water to pay for again not cheap

Very pleasant lobby - great place to hang out. Staff very polite and helpful. Outdoor pool a great bonus. Excellent breakfast.

The sky bar was very nice, but when we went up to order a drink there, we sat down with our little number they given us, but no waiter ever came over to take her order. We end up, leaving without getting a drink.

I would have liked more variety of warm options for breakfast; some Empanadas Argentinas would have been great to have. Otherwise I have no complains, as breakfast options were still delicious.
Room was big and comfortable, bed was also super comfy. Breakfast was delicious; fruit was fresh and I loved all the variety of pastry and teas. View from the rooftop was beautiful.
