South AfricaThe hotel is not being maintained properly. There is a clear need for some basic maintenance. My room's bathroom sink and bathtub had clear cracks, and there were stains on the wall for example. The open time of the gym is really silly; it's open at times when guests will normally be out and about, which negates its usefulness completely. These comments have been made by other guests in past reviews haven't been addressed at all.
The property is in a great location. It's very central and is near a hop on hop off bus stop. It's walking distance from several attractions.

RussiaNo breakfast included in the price, separate cost was 22 USD - bit too much for the choice provided. Spa centre and pool working hours are inconvenient: 11 to 20 - this is not a resort place, most people are already out for business/sightseeing at 11 am and they rarely come back before 8 pm as it is in the middle of the evening program. Also, for massage reservation the spa centre manager offered me to contact directly the therapist thru what's app - what is the point to have an administrator if the guests need to take care of arrangements themselves? No tea/coffee/water in the room Overall, some renovation would have been great - the place looks a bit old.
Great location close to theatre Colon and the city centre. Many cafes nearby and easy to move around the city from the location. Comfortable and big bed, friendly and helpful staff.

IrelandHonestly, not too much. If you pay for breakfast, it's quite good, but there are many cheaper options around the hotel, especially if you want a real Argentinian breakfast. If you use any hotel services, just be sure that you're fully aware of the timeframe. My biggest issue is that a 4 star hotel doesn't provide drinking water to guests in a hot city.
The hotel is in a central location, a few blocks from the obelisk and within walking distance of quite a few Subte stations for ease of access to other locations in Buenos Aires. Rooms are quite spacious, perhaps they could be filled a bit more. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel too. When I had an issue in my room, the staff immediately helped me move to another room.

Fantastic location, staff were friendly enough, the room was big and comfy, the elevators were super fast (!), and the option of the garage to park our rental car was great.

The elevators floor, buttons to press need to be deeply cleaned and disinfected, elevator buttons are beginning to malfunction, hard to press and gets stucked.
