There is little I can fault about this lovely hotel. There was nothing too much to ask for the excellent staff, or breakfast staff for that matter. I did get a grumpy "huff" and a tongue clicking "tut tut" from a lead cleaning lady in a black T-shirt, when I was innocently collecting my suitcase from the lobby where it had been stored prior to my departure via taxi to the airport. I believe she was collecting flowers, prior to being involved some form of leaving party or some other staff celebration where pictures were posed for in the reception area. I suppose I was simply in the way (I quickly stepped aside, I might have been faster, but I was taking care after a fall in the street a few days prior), It was a shame that she felt such an inconvenience from a guest in the hotel. I only mention it, as despite her not being front facing hospitality in the hotel, being considerate and accommodating is really important. It was really the only negative of my entire experience. Other room staff I met were always very polite and considerate.

What a lovely find! Very homely feel to the hotel, warm greeting at reception and a comfortable, clean room to relax in after quite a late flight. The room had all I needed, simple, comfortable with a touch of quite nice styling, so it didn't seem too plain. The water was always immediately hot. and my room was beautifully made up each day after a day out and about. The staff were so very friendly, and helpful too as to how to get to certain places. I managed to hurt my hand slipping on my ball gown after an opera and the concierge on my arrival back very kindly gave me an ice pack! He even enquired as to how I was when I saw him again later in the week. The staff were very tolerant of my basic German, which they were kind enough to allow me to practice when I spoke with them. Fabulous and tasty breakfast with lots of choice, and just right to set you up for the day! Close to all amenities and an interesting sector of Vienna with lovely little shops and cafes nearby. Quick taxi journey to the museum sector or such a great selection of buses, trams or even U-Bahn. I would go there again.

The place was extremely clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better! The hotel has a cool, vibrant atmosphere — very stylish and modern, which really stood out to me. It had a great energy and aesthetic that made it feel more special than your average stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, perfect for starting the day right — though the real standout for me was the overall vibe and comfort of the hotel.

For a 4-star hotel we expected there to be slippers for guests in the vanity kit.

Lovely experience. Staff helped out however they could. Parking is a welcome addition in the city so packed with cars. Breakfast was satisfactory. Will recommend to my friends if they ever need to stay in Vienna.

30-minute walk into the city center was fine; I just wish it would've been closer. Also the room was a little pricey - we only could afford to stay during the week because the weekend was too expensive. No kettle in the room so we couldn't make tea - they only had a coffee maker.

Very nice, clean, quiet room. Really big shower with good water pressure. A small fridge in the room was very nice. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked plentiful and delicious with a really nice spread. The employees at the front desk were super helpful, recommending three different restaurants to us - we tried two of them and they both were AMAZING! The one, Schilling, was just down the street, so that was very handy after a long day of travel.

We chose this hotel for a second consecutive year. The first time we visited was in 2024, when cold weather prevailed in Vienna. The second time, in 2025, we arrived to find sunny, summer-like conditions. In both cases, our stay at the hotel was comfortable. Each time, our experience was excellent: cleanliness, service, comfort, and a true sense of hospitality remained consistently high. A hotel that delivers reliability and care. We highly recommend it.

For cleanliness goes 100 poits, long ago I had so clean hotel. Location very comfortable, if you want you can walk or take city transport to centre. Very good price and quality ratio. Recomendation for every one.

The hotel was well-decorated and had a stylish atmosphere. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room, however, was quite small, especially the bathroom. The location is excellent—it's very easy to walk to the city center. The child’s b ed was a bit firm, but the main bed was very comfortable.

Smaller room than what we were expecting for a Deluxe option but nevertheless had everything we needed. The location is very nice but a 10-15 minute walk to the first Subway Station and City Center. Although not a major downside for us, this needs to be taken into account.

The room was very clean, breakfast was very good and had a good variety of options, the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking option was a major plus for us, the garage is right below the hotel with direct access to the reception. Although not fully free, there is a discount for hotel guests.

We have chosen the bohemian area of Viena, but if you travel with kids you should avoid this area because it's very sexed oriented. I liked it, but it's just a warning. The room was a bit small and access to rooms somewhat confusing at first.

Interesting location for adults. Not as close as i expected from a metro station, but still good enough. Great reception space and superb breakfast allround. Comfortable room and bed. Very good bathroom and shower. The staff is young and really helpfull and nice.
