The room was great, spacious and comfortable, quiet but able to open the door during the day to let in the fresh air. everything worked and was excellent quality. We didn't feel cramped or crowded, in spite of staying for 5 nights. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and we really enjoyed using the lounge, for free tea and cake in the afternoons, a wine in the evening, reading the papers and for chatting with other guests. Hotel had been recommended to us by someone else who stayed there previously, and really lived up to their praise.

We loved the hotel and thought it had a warm and friendly feel as soon as we checked in, since afternoon tea and cake was freely aviable in a very tastefully deccorated sitting room. Our room was very comfortable, very clean, with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout, as in all of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of organic and locally produced food, including the very best boiled eggs I have ever had. All the hotel staff were very helpful and kind, going out of there way to make you feel welcome, Stephan on reception, gave us some excellent help and advice on what to see and importantly, what wasn't really worth seeing. We would definitely like to visit again.

The room was spacious, bed very comfortable with lovely linen. There was a good selection for breakfast, tea and cakes available FOC in the evening. Staff were just amazing and service first class.

We wish there were a Ukrainian TV channel available in their smart TV menu.

Their ala-carte breakfast was superb! My wife, daughter, small granddaughter and me each found dishes and food to their liking!

5 Stars - A Wonderful Stay at The Harmonie Vienna We had a fantastic stay at The Harmonie Vienna! Everything was perfect – the food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal. The hotel is in a quiet area, yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday, and they went out of their way to make it special. They surprised her with a sweet little gesture and gave us a lovely card that we’ll keep as a memory. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Vienna!

Breakfast was fantastic, we asked for gluten free breakfast as 3 of the members have celiac disease and were very pleased with the choice and variety of pre-packaged gluten free products - especially bread, croissants and apfelstrudel were delicious. The location is very nice for walking to the coty centre and sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, lovely amenities.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but can easily be reached by excellent public transport and the very Centre of town is not far away. All personnel was very friendly and forthcoming, the room and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is super, WLAN works well. A leaking siphon was the only problem; we were offered a change of rooms (we declined)

The shower is bad, very small and if you want the jets on you is almost impossible. I booked the wrong date and when I ask to change they charged the same price, but the dates we stayed the prices were half of what I paid. Staff if not friendly.

Not in real center center BUT for me not negative at all, because streets near Hotel were quiet. Wien public transport is great so you can use D tram [100m from hotel] to almost everywhere in city. Dont be scared.

There were no dislikes.

The staff at the Harmonie were all very kind and welcoming in particular the reception staff nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so clean and comfortable with everything to hand. The buffet breakfast had the biggest choice of food i have ever seen and was wonderful. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. A 20min walk to the city or catch a tram a 2min walk from the hotel. Als a good choice of restaurants were in the vicinity.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and cake at 5pm which is a lovely treat. I don't drink tea so it would have been nice if coffee was provided as well.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The room was beautifully clean, a very comfortable bed with nice linen, and a lovely powerful shower.

The bathtub was not as functional because it was a designer bathtub, which was a bit more narrow at the bottom so standing was not so pleasant. The shower was also mounted on the wrong wall, so when it was on, it would spray water onto the floor but these are just finesses.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly, welcoming, and actually naturally (not fake niceness) wanted to help you, which is rare to find these days. Also, the room was very beautiful, quiet and you could open the window.
