I had been warned about the lift being out of order, but I hope it can be quickly repaired.

The room was well equipt and quiet. I slept like a log. Thanks for the convenient laundry room!

Space was indeed tight, as accurately described upon booking. Might be difficult to unpack and spread out if planning to stay for more than a night or two. We only stayed for one night so this wasn’t an issue for us, and we thought the place was well worth the price!

Brilliant location, clean, comfortable beds. All of the staff were extremely friendly, and made us feel welcomed. Check in was smooth. We appreciated the luggage storage at the concierge desk when we arrived before check in time. By the time we checked in later that evening, the suitcases were already waiting for us in our room.

Shower head is pretty weak and awkardly angled.

Location was excellent. 8 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. About the same to Central Station. Very comfortable. Lift was not working but they had given us months of warning. Staff happily carried our bags to our room.

Due to out-of-service of the lifts, though the hotel arrange for some porters for the guests, i could be troublesome for several baggages. A porter would ask the guests for taking care of some of their own bags.

Currently undergoing renovations so no lifts in operation. Having sore knees and walking up 2 flights of stairs was very uncomfortable. Did appreciate the staff taking our luggage up for us though.

It was a bit messy, we used the bathroom on level one before we checked in and it was really gross. Over flowing bin, stinky, grotty. We asked to upgrade our room which the lady said was fine then she changed her mind and said it wasn’t available anymore. Kind of seemed strange. Following that, they put us in a different upgrade room but it was like a disability room and the lay out was horrible. The main bed was kind of rammed up into a tight space with not much room on either side of the bed to get in and out. Meanwhile, the bathroom was enormous. It had 2 showers side by side which I though would be nice for my husband and I to shower next to one another but only one of them had hot water. There was also no surfaces to put things on as we unpacked so I felt like I was kind of always walking around the room in a disorganized way. We ended up using the ironing board as a place to unpack. There was also lots of weird chairs Ana stools in the room and it seemed cluttered by them. That area could be used more effectively to have a piece of functional furniture. Also, no surfaces in the bathroom to put make up and stuff so again, I used the ironing board to lay out my things when getting ready.

The art was nice, location was right in China town so lots of tasty food around.

The hotels location near so many restaurants and close to Central Station. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, while the bathroom was clean and practical. The Reception Staff were welcoming and helpful.
