Nothing that would stop me staying again, more recommendations. No dustpan and brush in room I had accident with the hot chocolate powder and had no way of sweeping up. Neighbour smoked outside his room door one bench seat provided, it drifted into our room as I left the door open while sorting stuff in my car, it was raining so I understood why they were smoking undercover however there was a seat on a grassy area accross from rooms but no cover over it, with a pergola it would be a perfect space for smoking in the wet and not to far from your room. I forgot my dock for charging my phone, most places have lamps with a usb point these days, maybe food for thought for a bit of modernisation.

quiet, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows, had most things you need. Safe, iron, hair dryer, extra pillows and blanket, plenty of coffee, tea, hot choc, milk and biscuits. Room serviced daily and breakfast in your room if you like. Very friendly staff, informative, will definitely stay again.

Ok very disappointing by simply getting someone to face those bright flood lights a little off the patio verandah and to give clients a darker room without causing any issues with security In addition a blockout curtain on the roller blind in the high window I did notice a set of socks from the last person behind the curtain get the cleaners to get rid of the hand prints above the bath

What a spacious hotel classy great Room size well constructed one of the bigger better ones in Brisbane The hotel has everything in one great hotel food drinks I was suitably impressed I did get the best room quality I am more than happy to stay there again and to recommend this hotel Staff were really great

The only thing we didn't like was the shower had no door so the bathmat got drenched easy and the floor got slippery.

It was good to access, the room smelt so good everytime we entered. The beds were comfy, and I loved the range of pillows to chose from. And a spacey bathroom, it was pretty child friendly too without much for them to hurt themselves on.

Deodoriser as previously mentioned. Bar staff in hotel were a little strange as each question I asked they didn’t have the answer too. Ie , what time do you stop serving at night ?

Clean room , although the deodoriser used was extremely strong and over powering not just in the room but the entire foyer, halls etc Locations was perfect for our stay as we were attending an event a few suburbs away.

Had a brief but comfortable stay at Alexander Hills Hotel. It was easy to find and conveniently located near the international airport, with easy access to the shuttle drop-off. Perfect for a short overnight stop before a flight!

Awesome staff, especially the receptionist (Pepper) on arrival - Thank you for all your help and assistance. Modern rooms that were spacious and very clean. Guest car park was secure and easy to access for guests. Food was great. Facilities were excellent. Honestly this is the place to stay if you’re visiting the Redlands. It’s good to go - Love it.
