Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

no spare pillows that's readily available in the room. No airconditioning in the 2nd room, but good thing there's available stand fan.

Areas outside of the rooms like carpets in lifts and foyer areas looking a little tired - But rooms and facilities were great.
Stayed on two occasions , both suits where neat , tidy and clean . More than adequate facilities including kitchenettes and washing machine and baths in both rooms we stayed in . Also loved the Shampoo / Body washes and hand creams

The air conditioner was too old and did not work properly. The pillows needed replacing as they were very dirty. The shower area in my room had the installed shampoo soap bottle holder to close to my arms.. It was always bumping it when having a shower.
It had adequate amenities. The rooms were tidy and for the age of the building they were clean. The lift was fast. Friendly staff.

Beds weren't very comfortable, only one aircon system for the whole apartment and parking was limited
Great spot in the middle of Perth and the apartment was clean and tidy with good cooking facilities and washing machine.

Very very limited parking. I could clearly hear the people talking in the adjoining room, and a family in another room. The lift was very noisy. It was dated: chips in laminex in both bathroom and kitchenette.
It had a bar and restaurant over the road.

Could have been a little bit more cleaner but overall was satisfied with our stay as was comfortable and didn't require a lot of travel for the team.
We enjoyed our stay as it did the job. Beds were comfortable and was good location for the team to attend their work for the time they were in Perth.

You can hear the lifts all day. A blockout blind would be great for the master bedroom.
Fantastic to have parking included but it is limited to 5 cars. Secure and great location.

Parking is very difficult. There are only 5 spaces and 4 of them are very difficult to negotiate if you have anything bigger than a mini. Must also be less than 2M tall. While proximity to the Hay Street Mall is good, the property is in East Perth and that felt dodgy walking around at night. The apartment we stayed in needed a total renovation.
Room had everything you need and it’s a short walk to Hay Street Mall. Japanese restaurant in the foyer was excellent.

Messy booking. Staff messaged me to say there was no taxi provided from the airport although there was. Far from clear that parking had to be paid for.
Excellent location. Helpful reception staff. Nice clean room with comfortable bed and cooking facilities.

Dishes are too large for food preparation when in a double/twin bedded room.
I love this accommodation. It is centrally located and I have returned for about 15 times over the past few years as it suits my needs perfectly. There are some areas that are in need of upgrading, and staff promptly respond to any requests for maintenance issues.

The toaster didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone that could give us a replacement until 8.30. I needed to be at my appointment by 8.15. We brought everything with us to make breakfast easy and it wasn’t.
