Bed was too soft but this is a personal preference.

Great location. Great friendly helpful staff. Lots of free to use equipment ie bikes, kids toys, beach equipment. Netflix included in each room. Property was well maintained and clean.

The pool is a bit small and the beach was shut for swimming.

The location- so easy to walk everywhere, beach and town. The ocean views from the 3rd floor. The free bikes, carts, beach toys, floaties, umbrellas and chairs were amazing! The staff super friendly. Kitchen and fridge, and even a BBQ on the balcony! Netflix also available for free.

You could hear the upstairs neighbours, particularly if there was children running around early in the morning.

The only thing it didn’t have was a safe in the room but everything else was brilliant.

Fabulous in every way, clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed plus lots of little extras. Bikes to borrow, chilled water, towels to borrow and lots of other things to borrow…..all free of charge. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable for two peeps too spoon. OK for two peeps too sleep alone . Not a biggy for us as the missus was as cold as a mother in laws kiss so their was no horizontal refreshment going on anyhow !

Location was great! About 25 steps from the beach and easy walk downtown. Amazing aircon which is highly needed with how humid it gets in Port Douglas. Had a bunch of beach gear you could borrow from the hotel such as prams, beach chairs, sand toys, carts etc. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Only complaint would be the stairs…even on the first floor we had to carry our 2 year old up and luggage up a flight of stairs. There are no elevators!

The resort is in a perfect location near the four mile beach and the restaurants and shops of Port Douglas. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the friendly staff are going out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We were surprised by the amount of extras the resort was offering including bicycles, beach chairs, filtered water and ice and many more.

Really enjoyed staying here. Lovely clean apartment for 4 people. Literally by the sea. Small pool but clean and quiet. Sunbeds etc. staff were excellent. Everything in reception area was free to use including cycles and beach items. Apartment fully equipped. Comfy beds with lovely cotton linen. Cole and her staff helpful and even booked our airport shuttle taxi. All ran to time. Port Douglas was lovely and wished we could stay longer.
