Nice and very tidy campsite! Our „apartment“ contained all necessities and everything on the campsite was easy to reach. Minor issues were solved immediately to our full satisfaction. We felt very welcome. Thank you!

We stay in MTB bunkhouse. Common toilets and kitchen are all very clean. Washing machines and clothes lines are available to be used. Staff and guests are all friendly. We shall stay there again. Thank you, Big 4!

The small room we had an older room and have previously had one of the new family cabins and they were the perfect size

The amazing atmosphere for my kids they love all the things to do. I love pets are welcome makes the stay that much better seeing different animals

Struggled a little with no window in the bunkhouse, but I was aware of it. Would stay there again though.

Locked individual bathroom facilities. Some caravan parks aren't locked and are shared. Very clean. Kitchen facilities were plenty and clean.

a little noisy ...but considering it was a family orientated accommodation it was acceptable and all was quiet by 9.30pm

The space was very comfortable and clean it was good meeting other residence there. The staff were very accommodating and fixed the air conditioning promptly

Dog friendly, which is nice for most but watch out for rogue dog poo everywhere! But of a bummer, with little kids running around everywhere.

Slow or inaccessible wifi, ants

Although the cabin was nice and very clean, the wifi was extremely poor, and because it was Christmas time the park was very busy. Lots of screaming children…constantly. I know this will happen wherever we go, but it was constant. Wifi is important to us so disappointed that we couldn’t access it very much

We got a bunk house, had 2 beds, comfortable and fairly clean room. However had no windows so the air inside was quite stuffy. The room smelt like a smoke but has fire pit next to it unsure if that’s why. The toilets were clean. Very simple room, lacks amenities but good enough to just rest overnight and worth it for its price.

If you are travelling as a backpacker it would be great to have the possinility to get a hairdryer

I stayed in a bunkhouse that was very comfortable but without a window. You have shared bathrooms in another bunkhouse nearby. There is a communal fridge outside at the BBQ area. The area is quiet and beautiful. Into town you need to walk 15min. There are coffee shops and restaurants. You can go for a walk at the bay.

Some of the laundry facilities weren’t working and we didn’t get clean towels or anything after our initial arrival (were there over a week) so we had to clean them ourselves. Hardly a drama though

The internet was slow and the washers were too expensive.

Very peaceful and close to nearby shops. Beds were comfy and the outdoor sitting area was relaxing.

The ‘container’ accommodation had a leaky door so it was difficult to keep the floor dry just inside the door during the torrential rain we had.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very kind and helpful. The camp kitchen was large and convenient to use as it was very rainy while we were there.
