Lights in lounge / dining room didn't work without the fans being on full. We had to bring a lamp from the bedroom. There is bedding for 4 but only a couch for 3. No floor rug so couldn't sit on the floor either. Footstool for comfort would be nice as I'm a short person so standard couches are uncomfortable without being able to put me feet up.
Spa was large and warm. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Stunning views of the ocean and passing ships.

Rooms were tired def needs maintenance, cracked tiles, paint chipping but it was clean and comfortable. The walk to the room smelt of strong cigarette smoke even though there were signs saying no smoking. Overall it met our needs.

Upon booking the accomodation i was not informed they would be 2 seperate apartments , i was led to believe it was a 3brm apartment . Which was disappointing. The pictures displayed online showed apartments with views . We had a view of a hedge . Also it should be made clear to guests that the apartments are not near caloundra central or the beaches .

The rubbish bin was half full on our arrival with someone else's rubbish. The was no tea towel, cloth or dishwasher liquid.

Dusty on higher surfaces, shelves etc (other than tables and bench tops). Although there is a full size washer and dryer, there was no washing powder provided. This is the first place we have stayed that did not provide powder for at least 1 wash.
Very spacious apartment with appliances. Check in after hours was easy. Great location.

The room was not ready until atleast an hour after checkin The toiletries were not topped up with body wash shampoo conditioner and hand wash and had to buy our own Smelt like cigarettes despite being non smoking

The bedding could probably use an upgrade. For example the comforter had no covering and a flat sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet.
It was a good price, had a fridge, microwave and shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The room also had air con and a fan. It was clean and quiet. It's perfect if you are looking for a nice clean stay just for a night or two.

No reservation was required for parking and yet there was no parking available for us and we had to park a block away. (It seems some rooms have to use visitor parking.) As it was a a public holiday we did not see any staff during visit. Bed was uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Facilities were fine.

Bathroom needs to be updated, very old. Shower had so much calcium buildup. The shower was absolutely terrible. Bed was small and uncomfortable.

You had to drive anywhere you wanted to go nothing within walking distance. The bar at the Motel was closed. The only courtesy bus into town is with the RSL. The RSL were over the top with the cost of a six pack of xxxx stubbies costing over $24.00, not impressed with the price there.
The fellow that met us at the after hours safe for our keys for our late arrival was really lovely and helpful. Room was a bit small but good for one night, clean and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream. body lotion and hand soap all supplied. This Motel has a lift so that was great.
