Much earlier communication for out of hours (meaning after 4:30pm) check-in procedure would have been helpful. E-mail instruction was only received hours before arrival time and required the use of an Australian phone number to upload on a secure site my passport and credit card details to obtain a keycard within a number coded lock so we could access the apartment. Foreigners without an Australian phone number would have found it an even lengthier process. All these details could have been provided to us days before and we could have uploaded the required information via a laptop before arriving. Could have been cleaner, especially dusting of the lamps, dusting behind the TV which was on a hinged bracket, and upholstery and carpets which had quite a lot of stains.

Great location, great views. Common areas very nice and clean. Reception staff very helpful and replaced the leaking Nespresso machine and provided additional coat hangers (there were only 6 hangers - rather few for 4 people staying 2 weeks). Gym excellent, pool lovely. Allocated parking provided. Very secure overall. Central to shops and restaurants and very short walk to the beach. Easy access to buses and tram. Kitchen was decent but not provided with many utensils. Probably most people eat out and don't do much dishwashing? Excellent having a washing machine and tumble drier.

The rubbish chutes are not cleaned well, and the smell is terrible in the lift foyer/hallway area, but it was also seeping into the apartment. It was so bad that it made me feel nauseous while waiting for the elevator.

The location is excellent for what I wanted. The building is well maintained, as was the apartment.

Not enough cushions on lounges. No ice making trays. Not enough cooking pots and pans to use oven/stove top. Tissues would have been a nice touch. A dish washing rack.

The after hours check in was a bit tricky, even the after hours attendant thought so. Once we accessed the lobby it was easy to get the key from the night safe.

There was dirt and hair stuck to the roof of the bathroom. Being told to ensure the room is clean before leaving, isn't that part of the payment of our stay? The toilet scrubber in one of the bathrooms was missing half the handle. The 2 lamps in the room near the shared space did not work.

Koko Beach was so central to everything. It was very clean and the views from the apartment were amazing. Loved everything about it.

Parking lot is small and for a big vehicle the corners are tight when you have to go up and down several floors. However clearance was adequate for our Ute.

The property met our expectations. We booked 2 x 2bedroom apartments on the same floor for 7 adults and 1 child (9yrs). Excellent cooking facilities, but no need when there are several eating places close by. Having our own laundry was a plus too. The location is awesome. Close to the beach, the train, with a bus stop right outside and Pacific Fair within walking distance. Several lovely restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. Very safe area even at night. Swimming pool is heated. There is a gym and lounge area with a pool table. All Staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!!

The neighbour had dogs which left poo and wee on their balcony and the unpleasant smell would carry over to our balcony.

Car parking allocation on the booking information was not clearly explained and left me having to enquire if I had to reserve a spot in advance after it had stated a spot was included. It all worked out fine but the information could have been worded more clearly. I would expect more consumables for a 5 night stay.

When we booked it said they provide facilities ie washing liquid, body wash, toilet paper etc. However, they provide small rations and if you run out they charge you extra for toilet paper and washing liquid - this should be provided. Really disappointed by this.

Didn't realized when we booked it that apartments weren't serviced. Extra charges if wanted extra towels or washing powder or dish wash powder. Staff were often away from reception and hours off check in were only 9-5.

Apartment was very spacious and beds were comfortable and clean. View was nice and balcony good.
