Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe air con struggled to keep a two bedroom apartment cool as it was located on the wrong wall, pushing cool air into the passage entry and not the bedrooms. The carpet was badly worn. The kitchen did not have sufficient cutlery/plates/mugs/cups/glasses etc to cater for 4 occupants, when reception was approached about this the excuse was that other guests break things and don't tell us. ( i would have thought it was housekeeping's job to check all this was in order when preparing the room for the next guest's I called in advance to have the double bed made into 2 singles as per the web site, this was not done! As we arrived on a Sunday it was not possible to have it done until Monday. On Monday we almost missed out on having towels as housekeeping had not left any in the apartment , luckily a family member came back early and noticed there were none in the apartment. The cost for the apartment for 3 nights was $1088 and we expect better service than what we received. Certainly not as good as it's sister premises,(The Metropole) in Brunswick Street Fitzroy. When we first entered the room my daughter found a dirty tissue on her bedside table and i found dirty tissue in the top draw of the vanity unit.

Australiathey were having problem with house keeping staff apparently and we saw it first handed. 3 out of 4 days one room's beds were ignored, no clean towels left, toilet paper was scarce and not replaced etc. Probably the worst " serviced " apartment experience I've had regarding care for our room by the house keeping staff.
I've stayed at this place before. Great location. Easy access to trams, restaurants, nice clean area. Hotel is quite acceptable, but nothing fancy.

Thanks to Bianca’s persistence and dedication, I was events able to track down my phone and recover it. You don’t get that assistance on most places. So grateful and made the stay absolutely fantastic
