We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Mount Browne Cottage was exceptional. Very comfortable, and every need catered for, right down to a fire being set for us if we'd wanted to light it. The cottage was about 10 mins drive from Coffs, which potential hirers need to be aware of. But it was super quiet, and met all of our needs. I would love to go back there and have no hesitation in recommending it as a beautiful place to stay

Loved the location and the cottage itself. Great outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the birds and the trees. Everything provided in the cottage, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, thoughtful touches like bathrobes, books, puzzles.

AustraliaThe only negative was the Carport could be a little longer as being a wet weekend, it was difficult to get luggage out + in/out of car without getting extremely wet.
Charming cottage set amongst lovely gardens and landscape. Quality beds and linen. Plenty of glassware. Good size fridge. Owner in contact. Very friendly and helpful. Keypad entry convenient. Comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend.
