Easy access to the complex, lifts and fully self contained unit. Sun coming in the bedrooms in the afternoon was lovely.

There was no availability to check in a little bit earlier. No pool towels provided so the room towels were constantly very damp.

The pools were great. The 2 bedroom apartment was a decent size for our family of 5. The location was excellent.

Shower head needs replacing in the bathroom. Noisey when it rained, had trouble sleeping.

Night works outside from 10 to 1 am Bed was disappointing for comfort ( noisy every time one turned) and I had expected an extra large bed which was only a large bed

Could have been a bit cleaner, attention to detail etc, all the skirting boards and cupboards needed a good scrub. Missing a 3rd towel in room but this was easily rectified by requesting from reception

The elevators were atrocious-it was taking 15minutes or longer to get out of the building each day. Extremely frustrating.

Beds were a bit yukky. Main room beds had stains on matress. Maybe bed bugs? Furniture and fittings a bit dated.

Long wait for lifts! Think they should have lift floor display on each floor. One lift out of service and waited 12 minutes

Slightly overpriced in my opinion but it is still nice!

Comfy beds, decent size, kids loved it and the pool was fun as well. I have stayed here a few times over the last 10 years and although it use to be so much cheaper, I do enjoy staying here and it's a great location.

Mixer in one of the showers is not working well and unable to control the hot water coming through, not safe for children to shower in there. Apartment is opposite the garbage chute so the smell came through into the apartment when we first checked in. Lifts can be a bit slow but not a huge problem. Wifi can be unreliable but still able to stream Netflix on tv.

Loved the location. Close to shopping and river and ferries and easy uber ride to other areas . Great sized 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and outdoor setting . Loved our stay. Would stay again .

The lifts were very slow - I have never commented on the delay of lifts previously anywhere I have stayed - but these were a little bit frustrating at times .

The rooms are very spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable . Location was great - easy walk to shops, cafe and pubs . Ferry stop was less than 5 minute walk. Great view overlooking the city - and the balcony was a great bonus .

Wasn't as clean as it could have been. Had paid for an extra bed. Wasn't in the room. Was told would be there by 7pm had to call and ask at 11pm. The bed provided was of very poor quality, so ended up putting a guest on the lounge.
