It was clean and fairly spacious room. The staff were very nice and accommodated our needs in regards to our mother’s funeral. The above light did not work on a bed amd could not be fixed that evening. There were some very loud bangs overnight which were perhaps the doors? that kept us up at night. I feel that softer doors on closing is required.

the receptionist is not very friendly and not helpful and snob. very unprofessional. the toiler roll run out on the Saturday night. it was very late when I got home, so I controlled not to go to the toilet. and managed to pack my bags but on the Sunday morning, I know it is my check out time, but I really needed to go to the toilet, so I went to the reception to ask for a toilet paper but had to deal with the same not very friendly receptionist again. She pointed me to use the public toilet... I wanted to go to the toilet in my room which I already paid. I want to go to the toilet comfortably. Anyhow the receptionist ended up giving me toilet paper, but in a not very friendly manner, she said "after this you are going out of this room. right?" I was not very happy about that. I didn't feel like being treated as a customer but treated as a nuisance. I AM NOT HAPPY WHEN PEOPLE TREATS CUSTUMERS RUDELY. Note: she was friendly when there was another person at the reception, the second time I came back, to check in. on Thursday...

the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable, the towels are clean, the toiletry are just enough for the three-night stay. the lighting in the bathroom is great. The room itself is great. and it is near to where I go to work from Thursday to Saturday.

The rooms could have been cleaner, there was spider webs everywhere, the windows felt really gross when opening them up to let air in. The shower was not the greatest, but was to be expected. Apart from these things, it was a great place to stay.

The Prospect Hotel Motel was great for what we needed. It is nothing flash, but perfect if you're looking for a place to sleep. The food at the pub that joins the accommodation was great. I would happily stay here again.

Stain on a pillow Musty smell of carpet. Several cockroaches found. Cleanliness of shower / bathroom. Old cotton bud left on floor. Airconditioning didn't seem to work well. No lock / latch on lower level sliding window.

First thing I noticed when I opened the door was the many cockroaches scattering. The next problem was that there was no power working near the beds. No light or PowerPoints.

The motel was easy to find, right on the main road. I was worried about the noise of the traffic, but didn't hear it. Bed was very comfy.

This is minor and nothing the motel can fix. Due to location you can only turn left out of the carpark. If you want to go to the nearest IGA; it is a long double back loop. Recommend the Italian cafe/restaurant The Pizza and Pasta Kitchen at the Claudia Rd shopping centre.

Stayed here before. Still happy with the location and proximity to the track for an early start. Room was surprisingly quiet given the Motel is located in between the M4 and the A44. Quiet night and comfortable beds. Bathroom older style but all working and very clean.

Found glass on the bed and cut myself on the hand when I had jump on the bed. Told staff and it was like yeah ok and brushed off like it was nothing but we literally just checked in. Staff did come in our room to check for more glass which he had found one more piece.

Older bathroom might bother some and noise from other guest penetrates through entry door. This did not bother us but thought it should be mentioned.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Close to the track for stress free arrival on time. Large car park which can accommodate trailers if you are towing. Surprised to see a green view out of window given window faces the M4 freeway.

Room had everything I needed (TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee, milk, toiletries). There was plenty of storage space too. The air-conditioner was very good and quiet. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The only thing was the towel rail in the bathroom was missing so we couldn't hang up any towels. Room #17

The $15 meals at the hotel were excellent value. Great location. Clean room. The customer service from the young bar staff lady was excellent. She was very helpful.
