Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe initial room 409 we were allocated was at the rear of the hotel, the room had no view frosted glass at the window and the window was unable to open see photos , to say the room was small. Was an understatement as you entered the room. The bathroom was immediately in the hallway, you had to walk through the bathroom to the bedroom with TV area.. we were only in this room for one night we had to be relocated due to a foul loader coming from the drains which polluted the room, the management at the Hotel dealt with this issue very quickly and very professionally allocated us a new room which was on the front of the hotel which in comparison centre room 409 was excellent. It was spacious and had a great view I would definitely return to this hotel however my choice of room would 100% be on the front elevation of the hotel. They also had breakfast and coffee facilities and car parking which was very convenient. The car parking was an additional reduced charge but secure.
Lovely quiet little Hotel very nice location

AustraliaEven though the parking is right next door (a Wilson's car park which you can get reduced fees for through QUAY), you have to walk out of the carpark (after taking an elevator to the ground floor, if you're on an upper level) and into the hotel lobby; its a bit of a pain with suitcases etc. An amazingly spacious bathroom with all of the frills (including a beautiful free-standing bathtub), but NOWHERE to hang a towel (other than over furniture etc.). TV proved impossible for us to connect (stream) subscription services to (this may have been impacted by our 'aged' inability to play nicely with technology); I think it was a SMART TV, but we couldn't work it out!
The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed....seriously! Hands down, the best Avacado Smash EVER!! The staff were beyond compare......nothing was too much trouble! Any problems or questions quickly dealt with and issues resolved with integrity and consideration. They really couldn't have been more gracious, and EVERY SINGLE staff member made us feel welcome, and 'valued'! Location was incredible (and with matching views); we took great joy in 'parking up' right next door and spending our time using our feet (and the ferry system) to get around all weekend!! Quite nostalgic to visit Perth Zoo this way after not having been for about 20 years, and then following it up with a day-trip to Rotto via the Swan River! Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable..........and THAT VIEW!! I slept with the curtains open on the first night so I could see Perth in all of its colour and glory as the night progressed into morning. We will most certainly visit again!!

AustraliaThere was no internal access from the car park to the hotel so you had to walk through the car park entrance/exit to get to the lobby. It’s not a big issue but when you have luggage and need to go through a boom gate with cars exiting, it can be a bit dangerous.
Close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. Included breakfast and parking was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

AustraliaAs mentioned in previous reviews the room is very small, couldn't even see out of the window & the bathroom setup is very odd as it's all open with the entrance into the room. Luckily there is a door between the bedroom & bathroom.
Close to Elizabeth Quay & lots of things in the city. Lovely breakfast.

We had an exceptional stay at Quay Perth and enjoyed every moment of it. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to one of their best suite rooms, along with a lovely surprise bottle of champagne to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, modern, and offered stunning views over Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River. The location is perfect—close to all major attractions and public transport. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. We loved it and will definitely be back on our next visit to Perth!

AustraliaRoom size was small however it’s all we needed for a couple of days (and we didn’t spend much time in room). Also being in what was probably the financial district, not many cafes nearby were open on the weekend. Not a big deal though.
Property was in a good location - close to train station, CBD, restaurants. Room was clean and staff were very good. Price for Perth city hotel was good.
