Unfortunately the indoor pool heating system was not working so temperature was not controlled hence the water was very cold And we were not informed about that until we were there it would had been very helpful if we were informed or just a heads up would had been appreciated

Not enough crockery, as we had a dishwasher it would have been good to use it, but there wasn't enough crockery. Wine glasses were very ordinary..

Perhaps the one thing we noticed was that there were not enough bowls and plates in the villa. I also never understood why you would put carpet in the living room areas especially if this is for hotel purposes and there is lots of wear and tear happening.

It’s a beautiful resort. The pools were fantastic and we had good weather so we used them every day. Magenta beach is also spectacular - great for beach walks. Overall we were very impressed with our stay. The breakfast was good - perhaps not the biggest selection of food but what was there was yummy.

The upstairs screen window in bathroom was covered in dust . The sink waste was dirty. The upstairs tv was not working with numerous cables which were loose . The chain lock on door was broken but cheerfully repaired when requested . However the 2 yr old managed to squeeze through the opening …. Cooking utensils were adequate … No lids for pots . No screen coverings except one in bathroom. These aspects reflected poor value for money.

Beautiful breakfast location , friendly and attentive staff. Food was varied and was fresh and also well suited to a range of ages which is great when travelling with family young and older. Inclusion of breakfast was great value . Location is reflective of the local area and acces to pools and beach was great . Staff were all friendly and happy to engage which adds to a pleasant experience .

The room needs an upgrade and the cleaning of the rooms needs to be better. But overall I had a studio and is was certainly ok. Carpet in room really needs the stains to be cleaned. The seconded lock on door needs to be fixed and the shower drain needs a good clean. It’s the attention to detail. But I would stay again

Property in bad condition - curtains falling off, dirty walls floors, cupboards full of mosquitoes, tvs are very old, breakfast only allowed one tiny hot drink so there wasn’t even facilities to make a cup of tea with a teabag, not a lot of shade at pool, the entrance area is pretty grotty and felt quite unsafe so we didn’t find any nice restaurants nearby so will rather stay on the property next time.

Breakfast was amazing, staff always willing to help very responsive, accommodation huge and spacious and modern, the lagoon pool is so luxurious I could stay there all day. Nice to walk around streets and access to beach direct from property

The Shallows Bar menu should have catered a bit more for plant based meals.

The breakfast was just average. For a 5 star resort there should have been more food options. We waited nearly 30mins for omelettes, which was disappointing

Unit is dated and very under supplied with anything to cook and cater with. Furniture uncomfortable, garden unkempt, average bathroom fittings and supplies
