Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Quick and easy to check in and check out, rooms and bed were comfortable and a good size. All standard amenities (safe, hairdryer, iron) and Kevin Murphy haircare products and nespresso machine were nice touches.

Staff were apologetic and offered alternatives which was great but unfortunately didn’t suit our plans for the evening. Appreciated though.

Location. The Kevin Murphy products in the bathrooms were beautiful. Nice staff . Nice breakfast menu - there is no buffet. Good choices are available with a modern Asian twist. Noise reducing windows as rooms are quiet. It's a loud area to visit but not in our room. Good block out curtains. Great linen.

AustraliaI thought some things in the room a little odd. For example the bathroom sink - being long and thin, it took ages to get a depth of water in and then the shelf above the sink made it impossible to clean your face (after shaving for example). One rubbish bin for the room was situated right next to the toilet which wasn’t very convenient. The bedroom definitely does not need a huge television hanging at the end of the bed, was a real obstacle. I would have thought there could have been electric curtains for such a modern hotel as it was difficult opening/closing such large curtains manually.
I chose Quincy Hotel initially for the location as it was convenient to where we needed to walk to. I messaged the hotel advising of my medical condition (claustrophobia) and requested a bright room with large windows which I did receive. Staff were friendly, especially on checkout making sure the right taxi arrived for our departure.

AustraliaSeemed to be in a dodgy location. It's on the same street as bars/gentlemen's clubs and across the road from a bar that is open 2am-12pm. We saw a brawl outside of one of the clubs across the street one morning as they kicked patrons out. I may not have felt comfortable walking around at night if I was a solo female traveller. Gym facilities were limited and gym room was small.
Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Room was super clean. Located close to the bus station to get bus to & from airport.

The location is close to Southern Cross station and trams to the city. Cafes, pubs and restaurants are all around. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The shower was spacious, hot and great pressure. We could leave our bags after checkout as our flight was later in the day.
