The room seemed a little tired, paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and some areas seemed to be a little less clean.

The room size was massive with a huge window view to see around Brisbane. The room had everything we needed for our stay.

The room was not as nice as the photos portrayed it to be however it was functional and clean. Great view from the window and easy check in and out! The building is quite a walk from any nice restaurants (~15min walk) The main issues were with the following: 1. We chose an apartment because we wanted to be able to cook basic things however there was no exhaust and a small portable induction burner with limited supplies to cook. Because there was no exhaust and the apartment is very small, the fire alarm was sensitive and triggered. Reception brought up a handheld fan to help but it still made cooking/heating anything very difficult. 2. The tv was not a smart tv 3. Apartment had poor lighting, especially the bathroom which made it difficult to get ready

Electronic appliance like an oven and microwave oven are usable but it's quite dirty. Seems like did not have a regular cleaning maintainance. It caused a lot of smoke and tricker fire detecter when we used.

Room is spacious., able to put extra bed if needed. Bed is comfortable.

The staff, Dann was exceptional. The rooms were not so. The first room had a dirty shower drain, loose toilet seat ready to come off, dirty toilet bowl, loose shower head, no sink plug for the bathroom and kitchen and kitchen spout loose. A very unsatisfactory room which should not have been allowed to be occupied. The second room was much better but only local TV station reception available - very poor, no bathroom or kitchen sink plugged again, air conditioner badly positioned and bed mattress was like a jumping castle.

Fixing and furnishings are old and worn. Toilet was leaking, aircon was hopeless in the main bedroom, All the lighting was old and no good at brighten the room up. Floor creeked under foot.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Bed was good. Pool area was nice. Family room was extremely hot but nice.

The room was incredibly run down and had a funny smell. My aircon was broken/didn't work my entire stay and I came across several cockroaches.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodated me with an early check in would was very helpful.

Photos were outdated, bed should have been in different location, lighting was terrible did not light the room as well as expected.

That the TV had chrome cast, and had free WiFi. The common area was good along with the pool.

Getting help with key fob was hard. I called for help on the Friday the lady had my details but accidentally hung up on me and didn't call me back, sounded like she was at a pub and didn't want to deal with it. Maybe time of year. Some guy helped me, seemed annoyed to help me. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Fridge was terribly noisy. No toaster,

the front staff let me into my room early after a bad travel day. Bed was comfy. Great view. Saw an amazing lightening storm.Central to the city. Staff were friendly. Shops near by.Good room for a couple. Neighbors helpful. Thank God for the cooler over the bed. Great storage. Washing machine helpful and clothes horse clothes dried within a few hours Jug coffee and tea supplied microwave and 2 burner stove

The room had some issues, sink in bathroom blocked, mould on window frames, 2 chairs at dining table for a 2 bedroom family apartment so not sure how a family could eat there, carpets in hallways stained and disgusting, bed rooms stained with what looked like urine 🤢

There was no balcony with this room. The washing machine was too high to put the laundry powder in the machine so a stool or chair was needed to facilitate this.The kitchen was below our expectations. The cutlery were all odd pieces as were the glasses and cups! There was no extractor system in the "kitchen" yet a single plug in hot plate was located under the sink unit which we never used! If we had used this hot plate it would most likely set off the Smoke Alarm! The house rules state that the guest has to pay approximately $1500 for the Fire Department call out fee, if a fire alarm is triggered in their room. The second issue I found was that the entrance to this hotel does not have a ramp. The steps are quite steep and we had to struggle with heavy suitcases which was very troublesome and a possible hazard if someone tripped and fell down. We were also obliged to evacuate the building at 3AM due to a smoke detector in a room setting of the fire alarm. We had to wait on the street outside the hotel until the all clear from the Fire Department.

When checking in, there was some issue with the parking which was frustrating. Wish there was a toaster in the apartment too.

Was good, comfortable bed, nice facilities and my partner enjoyed the gym and pool!
