The couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable as were the chairs on the balcony. This made relaxing of an evening impossible.

The location and facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ideal and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was quite outdated and a little hard to use the shower when you’re taller, that was the only downside.

Amazing view, big space with a spacious and clean kitchen and so close to everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the extras around the hotel including parking were so accessible and easy use/get to!

Some of the appliances need updating - tv & clothes dryer, plus curtains are looking old & sad. Also didn’t appreciate having to dispose of our rubbish ($25 cleaning fee applied if we didn’t, and also have dishwashing running). I think this should be an inclusion considering the price you pay.

The stunning view, close proximity to local shops & cafes, size of apartment, easy access to apartment, great parking area, ease of unpacking car, variety of restaurants close by. Bed was very comfortable.

Water was coming through the light fitting in the bathroom. We called the night manager who said we could stay in another room for the night but we’d have to move out of that room the next morning and move to another room. There was no apology or urgency to move us out of the room the following day. We stayed in the room and didn’t use the bathroom light. Not sure we’d stay again.

2br apt was a little bit small and considering the price per night thought a $25 fee if you didn’t empty the rubbish and put the dishwasher on was quite rude

the room is not very clean, the sofa is very dirty, I can’t seat without any cover. And there is several spiders in the balcony.

The kitchen has very limited utensils. As a fourt star you really need good utensils in an apartment. There was no microwave container or lid, no scissors and very limited cooking pans. There should also be food, glad wrap and proper cooking oil and salt and pepper in the apartments for a four star. The Netflix log in process was completely impractical. Spent 35 mins trying to cast and had to call staff. Have not experienced this hassle in other hotels.

Excellent location- amazing pool area and next to the country club for live music.

Location and facilities at the property. Perfect for families as you have everything you could possibly need at hand. Indoor pool is great and means kids have loads of fun even with bad weather.

I booked waterfront as last time I stayed there had a great apartment looking over the beach and street only to realise that waterfront are the apartments at the back of the resort and you have to be standing to see the water. To me little false advertising

Great location and value for money. A little old, however the amenities for what we needed and paid for was great. The lady who checked us in used too many "Love", " Babe" and "Honey" for my liking. A small thing but it's the first point of contact. Quite condescending but obviously ment well.
