Major issue: This apartment didnt have a fan nor aircon in the bedroom. Cool Air from the lounge aircon did not circulate into the bedroom. To make matters worse the dyer and washing machine was in the ensuite at the back of the bedroom.The heat would have been far worse next summer. A minor issue #1 There was no holder for dirty cutlery in the dishwasher. Minor issue #2 The main TV had only one remote. It had no numerals. So to find a channel one had to move from 1 to 99 back & forward constantly. Minor #3 The TV remote for the bedroom ( is broken ) & had no batteries.

I have stayed at this property many times before in May without any criticism. This time it was a different apartment on 6th floor. & there was one major and several minor issues. Bed was comfortable Lounge- satisfactory. Kitchen - satisfactory

Pool gate was locked with a pad lock which meant access was only from the car park, problematic with only one key for the apartment.

The toilets at the pool were being renovated so it was a bit annoying having to go back to your room to use the bathroom.

A superb location, right in front of Northcliffe Beach which is patrolled and safe. The balcony had amazing views and the rooms were spacious. Located 1 block away from the tram and main bus route. Easy 10 min stroll along coastal walkway to Cavill Ave.

Great location close to the beach, tram and Surfers Paradise. Beautiful view from the balcony to the beach and while the road could be loud at times, mostly it was not an issue.

Cons: Apartment needs maintenance. Some remotes were not working, staff couldn't fix it & no spare remote available. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasn't. The water was really cold. There were also some visits made by the cockroach family. The chairs in the balcony need fixing.

The bed was quite springy and old, the couch cushion material was itchy and the shower was quite fiddly to get the right temp & low pressure.

As advertised, great view and had all the in room amenities require to be able to cook dinners when required, wash & dry clothes if needed - which is always a bonus when on holiday and a cyclone hits. The staff were fabulous though, we really appreciated the help and kindness shown whilst there.

The whole complex is immaculately clean and so close to the beach and restaurants and other amenities. The apartment was updated and spacious. There is lots of construction going on around the apartment building so noise was somewhat of an issue although this was not the complexs fault though. Overall a great weekend escape with everything you need at a great price.

Rooms could of been cleaner. Dishwasher didn't work and had a smell. Light in bedroom didn't work. No washing up liquid to wash dishes. Couldn't find ironing board.

The ceiling fan in the second bedroom wasn’t working properly, noisy and a bit dickie making it uncomfortable sleeping in the heat. Also having one set of keys was annoying when family members want to go their own ways. Still it was a great place and I’d stay again.

Does need a coat of paint, and freshen up. Beds/pillows need to be more comfortable but otherwise a good beach apartment.

Close to the centre of Surfers, restaurants, shopping and pubs. 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave. We had a beach view apartment which was lovely. Spacious & comfortable apartment for a family of 4 and good value for money.

We were allocated to 2nd floor. Room no was 201. At the time of booking (which i booked almost 2months in advance) I requested for high floor. If high floor was not available they should have told me honestly in advance that I will be allocated to 2nd floor only. Had I known it before, I will be staying at 2nd floor I would have never considered that because I travelled from Singapore with my family. I was very disappointed. There were some renovation work was going on probably on the same floor and noises can be heard and paint smell were in the air.

The property is easily walkable to gold coast beach and surfers paradise center. Rooms were spacious and living room and kitchen were lighted and good morning sun.
