Our breakfast for the room menu we filled out was not collected that was left on the door as instructed and placed at 9.30pm, so had to change plans for breakfast, when it didn’t arrive.

Shower had very obvious mould… I know it can’t be helped but another lift would be great as sometimes the wait for the lifts was too long

Dated and grout was a bit dirty. Alarm went off and routines our sleep. Small room.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like they were really old and lumpy. Also, price for the night and price of carparking were a bit extreme but you are paying for convenience.

The location was fantastic. My daughters went to a concert and it was right across the road. Rooms were a really good size and very clean.

The only thing would be, that my daughter is a vegetarian and the hotel restaurant had very limited options so we ate out.

Honestly I can’t remember, we went up for a concert. The hotel is in the best position, eateries all around and a restaurant inside as well. Walking distance to the venue, I have RA so did find it a little hard. Would definitely stay there again.

The parking arrangements at not being able to book prior an issue . Reservation staff unhelpful when needing to upgrade room .ended up having to get two rooms to accommodate change

There were oddly no bin liners in the bins so I was uncomfortable throwing anything away especially in the bathroom.

It was conveniently located, the room was modern, clean and spacious. I had a very comfortable and warm stay!

We stayed at the Novotel for a concert at the Qudos Arena. The staff were friendly and our checkin was easy. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. Perfect & convenient stay to see a concert

Lifts were a bit slow

The mini bar was barely working and the door kept opening, The bathroom/ Bathtub was not very clean and needed a deep clean and a good scrub.

Good Size Room, Great View, Lots of viewing options on the TV. The receptionist at check in was very friendly and the staff overall were great. Buffett breakfast was also good but coffee could have been better.

The shower needs some grout cleaner and on the floor tiles. Beds were a little soft for me and I find pillows are never good in hotels.

Was disappointed at checkin as we were told they would call us when room was ready yet they forgot we rang at 6pm, also found the breakfast to be quiet expensive for what was on offer signage would be good to know that you can order a coffee and order eggs cooked your way didnt realise till we saw someone get some delivered as we finished the instant coffee and the very creamy scrambled eggs
