The place is run down and the rooms need updating. No socket next to the bed! The WiFi is so bad basically non existent but they are aware and trying to sort it out. Best to use the restaurant/bar next door where the WiFi works and the hotel gives you a voucher for a free drink there anyway. Staff there were nice.

The location is not bad next to a supermarket and precinct with some shops and cafes and within walking distance around 10 minutes of the restaurants and river in Noosaville and also next to a Chinese restaurant The receptionist was very nice and actually gave me a lift to the bus station as my taxi didn’t turn up and the weather was really bad with the rain. I made the bus so am very grateful to her.

No Foxtel in the rooms the rooms also could be modernised the facilities such as the pool was not clean and was covered in flowers which made it very enticing for children to go swimming in

Easy parking under cover which extended to reception and room thankfully arriving and unpacking in heavy rain. Nice friendly receptionist. Given a free drink and food discount vouchers for the hotel restaurant. Good air conditioning room. Handy to supermarket.

I've stayed in nicer hotel. Villa Noosa is older but its clean and the best bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Location is great. Bed sheets and pillow were 10/10

Everything as expected. We goot the family room and had a lot of space for everyone. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and cute balcony. Coffee and tea provided in the room. The staff at reception were very friendly. Check/in was very fast, I had an envelope with my keys when I got there as it was late.

Positive: very friendly and helpful staff, large room, nice balcony, good parking, voucher for drinks - thank you! Negative: absolutely no Wifi in our room, balcony door couldn't be closed, water tab couldn't be completely turned off

The general condition showed paint damage to front door and elsewhere. The wardrobe door nearly fell off when opening. The reading lamps over the beds were mounted too low and I banged my head twice sitting up and reading. There was only one power point visible in sleeping area. When arriving it wasn’t immediately obvious where the accomodation was situated. It was walking distance to McDonald’s for breakfast at least.

There's a big bench with a kettle and a fridge but no cutlery, no microwave no sink to clean. So would be handy to have. The shower would need to be updated to normal people height. It make no sense that a normal people need to bend to properly shower.

The room is just as advertised. Comfortable and big. For the money you pay it's great. Do not expect to be the best hotel you ever been, but overall it's a great place to stay.

Lots of comments about it being a hotel attached to a bar, it does mention this in comments. Definitely needs a refurb and upgrade.

Pool was a mess green slim all over the bottom of the pool. Plus branches and leaves which have been there for a long time.

Wifi could have been better but it was supplied (ie not paid for). Whilst functional, room look and feel was basic - was ok for what I was needing though.

I had a basic room but it was clean and had what I needed for an overnight stay. Location was good and in walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, water and a whole lot more.
