Location is good, surrounded by Mountains and sea, fresh air a bit far from the city. The staff was very attentive, from the Reception who took care of us on arrival Rafael, we were very well welcomed, the breakfast was okay, but we were offered extra food apart from the Buffet, highly appreciated.

The location was bit far from the Old city and room was quite small for family.

I really liked the facilities especially fitness centre etc. The person at the reception name Rafael was so great and i was impress by his Hospitality and customer services. He was so polite and helpful.

The food ordered was really poor, first tried the cheese burger but it was terribly over cooked and like a sole.after that did not try to order anything else.

The property looked very shabby and at best passable. The rooms looked super old. It needs new wall panels (were damaged in the room we stayed) and we struggled to open the door :/ It most definitely needs a new mattress. It's pretty far from the city and you might struggle to book a cab from here - took us almost an hour to find one. It's not at all value for money - could've gotten a much better stay in the city. Would've given a 5 if not for the view and the friendly staff.

The sea view from the room is brilliant and the property has a brilliant access to the beach. The reception staff was super helpful in giving us an early check-in - definitely contributed to a better rating.

View from beach was super and beautiful. Rooms were clean and it was being cleaned pretty often by fascinating cleaners. Breakfast was huge and very tasty. Some of the food was little dry and not salty enough for me.

Breakfast could have a bit more of juices, continental breakfast items such as pancakes and more pastries. Overall good product.

Great staff, always available to satisfy guest needs. Wellness centre and massages centre above expectations. Room cleaning perfect and very high standard (additional amenities were always replaced).

The restaurant food is not upto the standards.The service is very poor.My wife is pregnant & they served stale rice for breakfast. Very poor upto the Ramada standards.

The hotel's infrastructure is a little tired and would need a good renovation. During summer weekend the swimming pool is very noisy and crowded with many children. The music also lasts until late in the evening at a high volume.

The hotel is right on the beach and if you book a Seaview room you can enjoy a nice panorama on the beachfront. Breakfast is abundant with a good choice of protein, pastry and different local and international dishes. Medium size room with efficient AC. Open WIFI ok. Parking space available for free. Tasty food available at reasonable price at the beach front restaurant.
