We noticed too late that there were no blankets for the sofabed in the room.

Breakfast was good, room was really nice and the wellness center made it a really good thing to do during the rain. The outdoor area of the hotel is simply amazing, the trail paths and the atmosphere around was magic.

pino kids room has terrible smell. The hotel is very far from the city and u can't order any food and no one deliveres to hotel. u have to drive to city for anything. so u must rent car if you book this hotel as is very near the mountains

it's nature based, very beautiful design and hotel. Food was good. very good receptionists and staff. Mostly are friendly.very clean. Any problems they sort it out

We really enjoyed the surroundings and the hotel as well. It was amazing swimming in the pool and watching wild horses graze. The location of the hotel is just perfect, we walked to the cable car to go down into Sarajevo and then on the way back took the forest path back to the hotel. Our 2 and 4-year olds did it without a problem. We will be back for sure.

Overall good, except for sofa bed that was very noisy.

The place is amazing. Close to Airport, to Sarajevo city, to Mt Trebevic. Nested in the middle of the mountain, we got to see the wild horses. The place is cosy, the food is great and staff are very helpful.

Pino Nature Hotel is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature just a short drive from Sarajevo. It has hiking trails starting at the base of the hotel as well as fluffy dogs and beautiful, wild horses on site. The rooms are a good size, mine had a small balcony, ideal for reading and enjoying the sunset. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. From check-in to meals to check-out, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. There is plenty of parking making it super convenient for those driving in.

I have never been in SPA Center with loud folk music in the relaxation zone. Also, the infrared sauna was not functioning.

Absolutely great accomodation. The appartment WOLF was just gorgeous. Parking on site. We really enjoyed the stay. Such a big pool for a swim. I have to mention, that the restaurant on site doesn't deserve the bad rating on google. While having late dinner, we said we will risk it, BUT - the staff was friendly, the service fast and the food tasted perfect. It should have 5/5.

Pool was cold, one was empty. The safe was locked so couldn’t be used and the breakfast was a bit weird.

Really nice rooms, staff were amazing on the front desk and in the restaurant and restaurant was really nice and well priced for evening meal. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever experienced.

- Great location, nice and quiet and in the mountains, Only 15 minute taxi ride or a 10 minute cable car ride from the city centre. Lots of nice hiking and walking trails nearby. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early at the hotel and they kindly gave us a room straight away. They gave us lots of good tips and advice on how to enjoy our stay. The front desk staff, Fuad, was especially nice and very helpful. - Room was lovely, spacious, clean, cozy and well furnished. - Facilities were great, lovely cafe/restaurant, nice size swimming pool and saunas. - Food was so delicious, from the breakfast to the restaurant menu and desserts. - 100% halal hotel meaning no pork or alcohol served. - We were able to checkout late for free too.

Exceptional location and quality of room and service from staff. Room had a treehouse feel but when reflecting on the decor the design actually tells the story of history. Cleverly designed, Was so sad to leave. Food quality also very good and affordable. My first experience at a Halal alcohol free hotel and i loved it! Staff were so polite and dignified and the spa also caters for female guests. Felt very safe. Excellent deserts. Hot chocolate put me nicely to sleep by the wood fire. Great walking trails from hotel, panoramic view of Sarajevo and gondola down to old town.

The TV has 3 or 4 working channels - all Arabic, so it's pretty much of no use rather than watching news in Arabic

The food was amazing, as always. The breakfast was exceptional, as well as the dishes we ordered for dinner. The room was very clean and the bed (pillows as well) was really comfortable. The size of the room was great!

Great, beautiful place in the mountains surrounded by nature. No other buildings around. The athmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Great food. Hiking trail is just a few meters away. The pool is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive. Definitely a place to come back to.
