room was small and not much place for luggage. bed was hard.

pillows were good. breakfast was basic scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs: links and yogurts. all the breads and some fruits. Our room would be good for a single traveler or business person...the Ikea style furniture/fixtures were ergonomically good for management of few items.

It is bad that there was no electric kettle in the room (which you can usually find) so there was no chance to make some tea. There seems to be something somewhere in the hall but when you check in very late you do not want to hag around the hotel.

The room was quite big with very large and comfortable beds. Kids loved their bunk beds. The choice of food for breakfast was quite good, the same as everywhere. Big parking on the private closed territory, even with electric charger.

I never took breakfast as it was too expensive at €12. Most hotels charge €6 to €8. Or maybe I was quoted an incorrect price.

The toilet and bath were separate in our room which was unconventional for us but not a problem.

Clean and comfortable. Had the apartment style room which had everything you need if youre planning to prepare you own food. Staff who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful.

After staying at a different IBIS property, this room in NIVELLES was just a disappointment 🤢 there is no heating or air-conditioning (inverter) not working in the rooms 🥶 We were with a small child, Is this normal and will the rooms be comfortable enough for that time of the year?

The beds were not very comfy, the mattress was hard and you only got one pillow each, so it wasn't the best nights sleep. No facilities for tea and coffee making - but it was a lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very easy to find and check-in was very easy. The room was just what we needed and had a nice little kitchenette, although no facilities to make your own hot drinks. The room was clean.

On October 17 2024 around 17:00 , a gentleman at the reception was providing terrible service to whom he did not like so to me and some other French men. I had acquired these coupons of 4 euros each , so I had 2 of them for 8 euros total. I decided to spend it on beers at the bar . The Gentleman from Peru at the reception told me the price for a beers 4.5 euros for Victoria beer and took the two coupons I had. in the back and did not come back with change or anything . Instead of telling me hey you still have credit just pay the difference he did not . I had to go and ask him , the dude make a hard breading and says he cannot provide me the change . He had an attitude with me and two French men , I tried to break the ice with him by asking him if he spoke Spanish , he answered but still was in a hurry to leave .....I would not have such a character as my staff , at least not in the front , would put him to clean or in the kitchen hiden ... softskills terrible !!!!! The PERU DUDE .

They had Gym and the quality of the breakfast was very good . In addition the rooms were really wide and clean , bathrooms were also big and separated from the toilets.

There was no USB charging point in the room but the main problem was the bed was way too soft and I’ve had backache all day since checking out.

Conveniently located for motorway network and Waterloo. Clean bright and modern decor. Good breakfast.

The shower room smelled disgustingly with smoke scent. But we got a new room and there were no issues at all.

Breakfast was more than plenty full. Shower was very hot! And did now run out at all, so that was a good refresher :)
