The room is a little dated, and the tub had a steep drop when exiting, so be mindful.

The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are large. There is a large dining area for breakfast so bumping into people while getting breakfast or finding seating was not a problem. The bed was the most comfortable of the 5 hotels we stayed at over the course of our travels.

- Found hair in the scrambled eggs on two separate occasions - Slow and/or non-functioning elevators - Bar staff were arguing with each other for quite some time one evening we were there, quite awkward - Mold stains on a wall in the bathroom and cracked paint spots on several walls in the room - Overall, not great value for money considering this was not a cheap stay at all, and that we expected a palace experience

Getting in and out of the parking area was a little confusing, there were lots of doors to pass through and then it was hard to figure out how to exit once you were in there. The hotel is dated and could use a facelift.

Parking charges could have been less for the guests staying in the hotel, we paid €39 for a day.

The location is right in the heart of the city, very close to Grand Place, plenty of shopping and dining choices, can cover most of the places around centrum on foot.

Nothing. I had a splendid time and it exceeded expectations.

Everything was perfect. The staff are fantastic and helpful, the room was enormous and the bathroom was too, they have a bidet, they offered complimentary bathrobes and slippers, it was a perfect temperature in the room in spite of it being very chilly outside. The pillows were awesome and the bed was enormous like a California king but since the room is so huge you don't get a good sense of it from photos until you're there. Both my partner and I slept a solid 8,5-9,0 hours both nights and it was one of the most relaxing stays. Quiet too. Luxurious feeling. Additionally, there is a metro entrance and exit right next to the hotel which was very convenient for us as tourists for heading to the farther out areas of interest but at the same time it's also walking distance to most interesting places.

Unfortunately our time in hotel didn't meet with opening hours of amazing bar and saloon. Bar is opening at 17:00 and closing i guess earlier than 23:00. I am hoping to visit it next time. My only dissappointing was the breakfast. I would expect better and larger buffet. Egg and cheese options were very limited (there was only scrambled egg).

Old design has been kept in very good condition. Each corner offers you a time travel :)
