Rooms were very spacious and beds were very nice Staff was really helpful and promptly helped us with assembling a cot that wasn't assembled on the room when we checked in. Walking distance to shopping street, metro and also Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert

The hotel my pay more attention to the cleaning of the room as its only vacuumed lightly and sometimes not at all. I spelled some coffee on one side of the bed and the sheet wasn't changed until I left. Further, The separation of the toilet and bathroom is unpractical and unhygienic plus its really waste of space.

The location of the Hotel is amazing 15 mint walk to most of the historical placed and very close to the city center were you can shop and eat plus there are 2 shopping malls close by. The staff were sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was good repeatedly the same everyday, The room was speciose and what most mattered to me the floor was quite and you can sleep peacefully with no noise.

I had plenty of space in my room, the only problem was I was in room 3224 on the 2nd floor. Outside my window is a canopy with a spot light on it, so at night the light came through the window, making it feel like daylight, so I didn’t get much sleep. This could be rectified by the curtains being slightly longer and going into the corner.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast and the dishes were quickly replenished when empty. The hotel is in a quiet part of town and only 10 minutes to walk in. The metro was about 10 minutes walk and got you easily to the main station where we had a day trip to Brugge. Really enjoyed my trip.

A bottle of water in the room and a water kettle would have been nice. Only boiled eggs and no coffee take away at breakfast. The shower flooded the bathroom easily.

We didn't have the breakfast as it was quite expensive. The restaurant did look nice though.

We were upgraded and asked if we wanted a front or back room. The room and bed were very spacious and comfortable. The coffee maker was a nice added touch. The bathroom was large with both a bath and shower cubicle and the toilet was separate. The location was far enough from the centre to be quiet but only a short walk in when needed. The receptionist was very helpful by contacting the taxi company on request.

The hotel is centrally located, about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. The room was comfortable. however, there was no minibar or fridge and the shower in the bathroom was a little small. The linked restaurant closed early (9pm), which prevented us dining there. All fine and good value for the location.
