The room was very nice. The staff excellent, they immediately reacted when we had a problem or requests. The bed is really big and comfortable. We were traveling with our 1 year old child, we asked for the baby cot, but in the end the bed was so large that we could let our child sleep between us. I can tell that this hotel is family friendly also with a small baby.

Breakfast was not worth the money paid - as i had already had it included in the room rate , we could not get a refund. Not much choices , not enough seating , very cramped and small buffett area. On the weekend, the replenishment was slow - coffee cups were not there, the hot food was not replenished - i went back to the buffet a few times but still not replenished

Breakfast was ok but would expect more choices for a 4 star hotel. Being waffle a typical Belgium cake I would have expected to find it. 3rd bed was from a sofa. So not comfortable like the other

Location was good. Walking distance (20 min) from city center. Close to public bike renting (by app). Bed were comfortable. Room was very big.

Big and comfortable room, with a nice balcony and all the facilities. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The parking inside the hotel is a good plus. You can walk to the city center.

There is not much to do around the hotel so if you want to eat or go to a pub you have to walk further out. This is not the fault of the hotel. Do watch out for the toaster at breakfast as it does burn the toast.

It was 20- 30min walking distance to most places, making it convenient to explore the city. Breakfast is well put out, and the mini pancakes are amazing! I can not recommend them enough. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The bed was massive and comfortable and despite it being super cold outside, the rooms were warm and comfortable.

Very nice comfortable rooms. Hotel seems to be bought and renovated recently. Corridors still need to be done, so the first impression may be off, but the rooms have all the comfort you need, big, walk in closet in my case, some rooms have a balcony.

the sofa bed I slept was not the most confortable. The room (triple room) wasn't exactly as shown in photos of booking as they show you as you a little bit more privacy on photos with bed separated. One of the lights of the room was broken and there was no fridge.

A little bit more thought could have gone into providing amenities for the suite. Things like shampoos and conditioners and other care products should have been available without us having to ask the reception. The bedsheets and duvet covers should be changed as this one in the suit looks old with a lot of lint on makes the sheet seem used. The sink was stained but this is nit a stain that can be removed by cleaning but by changing the sink, shower head could also be changed. The minibar was empty, there were no slippers provided as mentioned in the amenities. We had the love package added later on but did not meet our expectations petals of artificial rose was scattered on the unlaid bed and the drink and glasses placed on the bed.

The staff at the reception were very professional and nice. The breakfast was good although the sitting area is a bit smaller, it could get crowded. The room was nice however, its a bit old.

They are a bit difficult with early check in and we were first assigned a room that smelled of smoke after our complaints we were upgraded to a better room.

Area around the property didn’t feel safe at night. The decoration pillows on the sofa in the deluxe room had white stain on them.

Very close to Central Station and ideal for group bookings. Lovely Christmas decorations and kind staff. Relatively cheap breakfast.
