BelgiumService is unacceptable. 190€ a night and there is not even a waiter/waitress who can give a drink or snack, you are just sent to a vending machine, which does not even have receipt.

United KingdomThe room was too hot with windows that don't open and air conditioning that didn't work, We ordered a double room but received two separate beds that would always part, Our booking had spa access included but the spa was out of use on our visit which we were very disappointed about, Due to there being a football match on the day of our visit our room was only accessible by taking two separate lifts virtually taking a full tour of the stand which was quite exhausting and quite intimidating as we passed club executives just to get to our room, The distance from the city centre was a bit far
We combined visiting Sint Truiden with a STVV home game and the location of the hotel in the stadium is perfect for attending the football game, The hotel is only a ten minutes walk from the train station, The rooms were modern and clean, The price was good value, The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival

Great location. The hotel is built into the SSTV football stadium and we were going to the match so was ideal. Only a 20 minute walk to the lovely town centre.

GermanyThe WiFi in the room was very poor. I was on a business trip and needed to check emails or do video calls in the evening, but the bad connection made this difficult. Additionally, a larger selection of TV channels or maybe the availability of Netflix would have been nice.
The room was very nice and clean. I had a pleasant balcony view overlooking the stadium, which was a new experience for me. The hotel restaurant was excellent; I enjoyed the great service in the evening and the delicious food. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but overall it was also very good too.

BelgiumBecause it's in the football stadium you have to pass all the closed bars (only open during football matches I presume) to get to your room. The hallways and stairs remind you that it's a football stadium more than a hotel. Would have loved a separate shampoo and bodywash for the shower/bath instead of an all in one. Also no mini fridge in the room.
