Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff was really nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions kindly. They really made sure my stay was smooth. Definitely recommend this place. It was close to the subway and parking was easy as well. The apartment has 2 big terraces which is perfect especially for summer nights.

Such an amazing apartment! It's spacious, clean and luxurious! It has absolutely everything you would need - utiencils, clean towels, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, balcony and even a jacuzzi in the bathroom! The staff was very nice, gave us a tour around the apartment and helped us find a parking spot. Very attendive and kind. The location is also great, stores and parks nearby... Definelty recommending, will surely visit again!

It was so impressively clean, the host was extremely polite and nice. The sofa, the bed, the bathroom - everything is super comfortable and so good. The AC was working ideally.

Apartman is very big, a lot of space in living room, sleeping room, balkon is also very big and nice. It is highly modern, confortable. I apsolutely reccomend it for romantic, relaxing time.

New interior, clean, everything as it should be. Big and beautiful apartment. There is a mini bar inside with good price. The owner was very kind and helpful, available for any question. It is worth staying in this apartment. Good location.

The sound isolation is decent but not perfect sometimes. The jacuzzi worked, but it's make sure you start the boiler an hour in advance or so. So, to summarize, ther are some small things we can argue about, but would I come back if I got to travel to Sofia? Yes, I would, since it is definitely worth the money.
All good. The location is what I needed to have giving the main purpose of my trip. The kitchen had everything needed, they also arranged a minibar in the fridge which was though unnecessary for me since there is a big super market a few minutes walking where one can find everything. The bed was also comfortable. 2 big tv sets where I just connected my laptop when needed.

The sofa looked a bit overused and the general feel of the place was 'clean but not home-clean'
The apartment and the location were good, not necessarily what I expected from the presentation but close enough to pleasantly adapt. The acces was easy once we've reached the correct address (the one found on google maps for 'las tres palmas' was wrong and 5 minutes away. The terrace was great!

This spacious apartment is located in a quiet zone of the city. In the morning we enjoyed coffee on the terrace, listening to the birds. Very well equiped kitchen and living-room, very good wi fi, modern new furniture, nice design. The reaction was WOW. The host was very nice and helpful. Safe parking. I would surely recommend this place to all my friends.

The property is in a great location with shops around, park and food places. The metro station is close too which makes travelling very easy. The flat was very clean, modern and with excellent facilities! The host was very polite and explained everything what I needed to know. I recommend it,totally worth the money!
