The hotel (rooms, breakfast area, hallways) are very old and have not been refurbished in years. However, the pool area is the most disappointing of all of them - the water is cold, the ceiling is moldy and looks horrible. We tried it once and we never came back. The sauna door doesn't close properly. The breakfast is the same every day, which might be a problem for some, my main problem was the coffee. They are still using instant coffee, i do not understand why. They need to invest a lot of money in the hotel to make it a 4 star hotel as they say it is. It might be good to start with a new coffee maker :) there is actually an espresso machine in the breakfast area, but this coffee is not included, it's extra :(

The hotel has a ski room, shuttle bus to/from gondola, paid parking (15 BGN/day), a nice reception area where you can gather in the evenings next to a fireplace. The rooms are ok, we had plenty of hot water and heating. The staff is nice and helpful.

The breakfast was limited with cheap products, the bed was very uncpnfortable, very old sheets, in the room was very cold, we had to sleep with our huddies on.

The internet was poor in the room.

Employees are very polite and friendly. Location is near a center, ski bus went on half hours. Lobby bar was very nice and it was very nice atmosphere by the fireplace. Room was very clean.

I have limited mobility and the two sets of two stairs were a bit tricky but I managed them. But it was an overnight stay. We would go again as there was a lift for some of the internal interior,just not all.

It was lovely and cosy and warm. It had lovely views from the balcony of the garden and distant snow capped mountains.The restaurant was nice and good value and the breakfast good. It was also not too far from the Central Bus station .Staff were very good.

We asked for a 3 persons room/apartment. The 3rd bed was 2 mattresses on top of eachother.

We were able to check in outside regular hours. We arrived at 8am and they checkes us in, although the check in starts at 14:00

What is missing from the living room /common area of the hotel is a friendly place for people to hang out and relax after all day near the fireplace (we had to move every time tables and sofas near the fireplace and of course every time we felt judged by the stuff who looked at us weirdly (Of course we put them back again in their position before go to bed) Also, regarding the rooms, it s my first time that the room doesn't have a trash bin apart from the WC bin, as a result we kept our trash on a table for the maids to take them and they didn't. Also the hotel stuff at the reception and the breakfast apart from some exceptions, there were not so kind and smiley. And this is very important to make your guest feel comfortable and have fun.

In general the hotel was ok. The location and the transport to the gondola was accurate and really helpful and the bus drivers nice and helpful. Also the facilities were ok, sauna and pool .the breakfast very satisfying. It's quite good regarding its the price but the most important is the mood and the behavior of the personnel who weren't that kind.

The room had one window that was not properly closing, on the first night it was cold, the temperature was ok on the rest of the days. The wifi was not working in the rooms. The food was ok and it was good to have daily transport to the slope. The price was higher than what was offered.

The food wasn’t good enough almost the same every day and was very poor quality and boring presentation. Mattresses are not comfortable and upper one is moving around giving the feeling you will fall down from the bed. The pool is not usable because the water is too cold and that was big disappointment. The receptionist claimed the water is 28 degrees but it was maximum 20 degrees at best. Most of the gym equipment was broken.

The lady at the reception and the lady in the restaurant were so so nice and accomodated all our requests. I forgot my book at home and the lady at the reception (sorry, I forgot her name) even brought her own books to give me to choose from. Because everyone was skiing, I was very lucky to use the swimming pool for myself. Breakfast was tasty and had homemade banitsa and french toast if you went early enough in the morning. They also had a small fireplace which they lit in the evening as we went in february and was cold, so you can sit next to the fireplace and read a book or just chat with a glass of wine.

Charged parking (Blue zone), but 6-7 minutes walking distance is a free parking slot. Anyway, hotel offers free shuttle to ski zona.

Well placed and easy to find. Situated in down town is a pleasure to walk around. There is Spa zona inside with a big swimming pool. Also bakeries around. I enjoyed homemade from “the French guy bakery”, really tasty baguettes and croissants from sourdough ..
