WiFi was a bit spotty - the coverage is good but sometimes it just doesn’t work or barely works

Food was very nice, with lots of options. The nearest beach is a few minutes away and theres a wide walking area.

Paying to use the steam room / sauna. This should be included, as its all inclusive hotel Slightly better cleaning and maintenance in the communal areas, noticed a few cobwebs and some water damage to the ceiling tiles, but this is being very picky

The pool must have a system to ban hogging sunbeds by putting towels and not coming back for hours .. also; the desserts are not nice; there must be more variety; maybe some milky desserts?

We didnt book a sea view room but we were automatically upgraded to one ! The ladies in reception are so friendly and helpful; the food was always plenty and delicious, massage was great and the hotel location is both close to sunny beach and nessebar !! Couldnt ask for more 🩷

Everything was as good as it should be...

Great location (walking distance to the Old Nesebar), incredible view to the sea, friendly stuff, amazing animation team, not to forget the food. We had a really good time here.

It would be very helpful to be able to lock the bedroom in the appartment. In our case it was not possible.

Most of staff not friendly and not helpfull.very bad communication cause staff doesnt speak other languages.

Some parts of the hotel and rooms need renovation. I recommend to the management that staff in the restaurant and bars should speak Bulgarian and when something is presented, first language should be Bulgarian (for example in animations, evening events, etc.). The hotel is situated in Bulgaria:-)

Friendly staff, very clean and pleasant lady Ajshe, who cared about our room, very tasted dishes, enough bis room, very nice girls from animation staff, no any problems with parking place.

Great location and facilities. Good quality food, fresh made pizza and pasta, good variety of sweets and fruits. This hotel is perfect for relaxation. We are extremely happy we choose it for our Easter holiday. Great indoor heated pool, great food, great rooms and lovely staff. Excellent animation program!

Size of room was a good surprise. As low season it was nice and quiet, except the 15 min after closing the night bar. Very helpful, polite and good English-speaking staff. Not too noisy surroundings, close to Old Nessebar as well to beaches of Sunny Beach. Meals had many different options of main course, soups, desserts, lots of fruits.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, the elevator was not ideal, there was almost no choice of vegetables for breakfast.

The food becomes a bit boring after a while but ok. There is a loud club on the beach but it is possible to close the windows and turn on the ac.

My issue was more with booking.com... In the description it says 'all-inclusive' so when we arrived we assumed it was all inclusive, but it only included breakfast. This was fine, we were planning on going out to dinner, but it was annoying that for the amount of money I paid for the room, i thought i was going to have free drinks and snacks. booking.com does not list inclusive/non-all inclusive room options, so if you're looking for all-inclusive, book direct on the website. Also - not all 'sea view' rooms are created equal. My sea view room was on the side of the building and it was not as good as my friends that was straight-on. Disappointing, and i didn't enjoy it as much as i would have. .

Good location for walking, breakfast buffet had a good array of options.
