Evening entertainment less than an hour. It's a family hotel need more for the kids even if it's just music playing. Entertainment team are working from 9am so I don't blame them long shift

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the all-inclusive service was excellent, and the food was both varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick, and the beach was just a 3-minute walk away. The large pool was perfect for swimming, with always free sunbeds available. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our 6 days holiday! The rooms are clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need! Food and drinks are varied and so tasty. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and kind, open to help with any request. Stefan, the bartender, deserves a special shout out - his passion and the way he interacted with us for the entire stay, each evening, really made the holiday special. Thank you for everything! We kindly recommend this hotel and we’ll surely have it as first option for returning.

Hotel was 3 minutes from the beach and from the centre Staff were welcoming and helpful when asked questions The room was very clean and bed was comfortable Every day there was activities by the entertainers such as jenga, table tennis and waterpolo.

The check-in was late around 14 ( there were people who arrived after us, but received a room before us), the parking has limited places.

Parking was a little expensive.

The pool was really nice and clean. Food was good, a lot to choose from - ice cream was the cherry on top! Hotel is situated 5 minutes by walk from the beach which was great.

The doors did not stay closed (entrance and bathroom). They changed the sheets with a dirty one. One of the pillows did not have a pillowcase. Small things that could easily be avoided.

The food and the location were great. The room and the bathroom very big.

Bath towels were changed once every 4 days, and that's way not enough!! The bar staff was not too friendly, especially the old guy from the lobby bar.

- you had to pay for the sunbed’s mat at the pool or you could lie/sit on hard beds - no sweets for gluten-free people

The best about this hotel were employees. I’ve never experienced such nice, kind, helpful employees before. Food was good for the money, not so much but enough. I really liked that they had allergens listed on every meal. They also provide you gluten fre bread. Food was tasty. Ice cream every lunch, dinner. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach app 5 min, in very silent location, also close to bus stop, everything can be reached in 5 minutes. There were many activities during the day, animation team was perfect. Room was spacious, cleaned every day, however towels were changed every second day. Our balcony door were broken, so it was hard to open/close sometimes. Cleaning lady was very kind.

We loved out stay - most of al, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food (a lot of healthy options for children), comfortable room and a big shower room. We had no problem parking near the property, but private parking is available on site as well.

Food was excellent even when there were just few people in the whole hotel there were several options to choose from. Drinks were average but we managed to overcome that with numbers of drinks. Great value for the buck. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

could have had some tables and chairs in the sun beside the pool bar. Very low sunbeds were not suitable for us.
