Couldn’t really fault it. Had to park 1 min walk away and pay 5 lev for 2 nights. But that’s it. Breakfast ok.

The breakfast was rather poor... The same every day. Only one coffee machine and a long queue at any time. Our room did not have a sea view, but a side view to an unfinished, ghosty building right next to the hotel.

Great hotel! Clean, friendly service, it has an elevator and an outside pool and a restaurant. Big, renovated and clean room. Great view of the sea, as it is located right next to the beach.

The weather, but that has nothing to do with the property.

The position of the hotel with quick acces to a beach with find sand. Balchik is not known as a location with sandy beaches. The view of our studio was great. You could see the golf of Balchik. The kitchenet in our studio with facilities for coffee, tea and even if you want to cook you a meal. Altough we didn't use it. Good size of the swimming pool, which they cleaned and checked out every day.

It was one of the most wonderful stays in BG. Everyone was super nice and helpful, hotel was clean and had all amenities, they have a Spa and Massage center which I reccomend. All in all the best quality/price deal. Exit to the beach, sea view, balcony, all super cozy. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel garden is really beautiful, the view from the balcony is nice. It is on the main Balchik beach with the promenade at 5 min away.

I think the variety of breakfast could be improved, the food is good, but it makes a difference if you stay there longer.

Great location and an amazing view. Very quiet family hotel with lovely staff and pleasant guests. It has a family vibe, quiet even though with the live music at night. The rooms with the sea view are amazing. Cozy garden and one can enjoy both the yard, and the swimming pool, or just take a 1-min walk to the beach. The manager acknowledged my request for a room with a seaview and even placed us in a bigger apartment than requested, as there was one available at the time. We really appreciated the hospitality gesture and enjoyed our stay very much. Great hospitality and care for the guests, which is rare to find in Bulgarian Black Sea resorts.

The Queen's Castle and its gardens worth being visited, they are the focal point of this city, despite the full of potholes roads from the border to Balchik and the many buildings under construction, some of them left unfinished from this touristic city.

The staff was very nice. Everything was ok, as we had expected. The quality-price ratio was very good. They have many wonderful flowers in their garden, and a lot of types of roses are in the Castle's garden. The Queen's Castle and its gardens worth being visited, they are the focal point of this city.
