The hotel is an older building but was very clean and central to walking around town and to the Old Town of Nesebar, which was beautiful. We were there in the off season but we're shown the outdoor pool area that is available in the summer. That was beautiful.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with answering questions. We were the only guests at the time and he prepared an enormous breakfast for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed his Italian mannerisms and accent!

If there was water in the pool, would have been nice to jump in after the sauna. However, as this was out of tourist season, I cannot really complain of that either..

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful host, who gives you all the needed information about the surroundings, and organizes you a drive to the airport. For a Finnish visitor an extra (and decisive) bonus was availability of the sauna. And yes - unlike in so many places - here you are allowed to throw water on the stove and there is a bucket for that!

The curtains in my room did a very poor job of blocking out the sun. Not a problem if you get up at sunrise. Not so good if you don't. The hotel needs a bell or alert to tell Chris of new arrivals. If the front door is shut and he is at the pool, or otherwise busy, you have to wait a while for somebody to let you in.

The a/c is one of the quietest I have ever experienced. The selection of TV Channels was outstanding. Chris is perhaps the friendliest and most eager to please host I have met. All the things that needed to work, did work.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his was to accommodate his clients. Pool area is very nice. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants a short walk away. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location (10 min walk to the beach and 18 min walk to Old Town). Chris is an excellent host, full of energy and ready to help. Room was big enough for 3 persons, we also had a small nice balcony. Car was parked at the property (fee). Breakfast was good. Room full of light. I would recommend it to people whi see nesebar for the first time.

The pillow is not comfortable. The breakfast is too simple for a hotel breakfast. There were no slippers provided (different from what the ad says).

I didn't like the attitude of the manager who is in the same time the receptionist of the hotel. Although we announced that we'll arrive late (around 23 hours) and he didn't bother to answer, he was very unpleased that we were so late and kept telling us that next time he would not open the door. Maybe we awoke him at that hour. It is after all a hotel and should have an available receptionist.

The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.

The breakfast had a wide choice of things, but the bread was very boring and disappointing. The nightlamps in the room didn't work.

Nice staff and a good small swimmingpool - a bonus when travelling with a child. Good and quiet location close to the old city and still also close to restaurants, supermarkets and cafes and quite close to the beach.

Small, nice, well maintained hotel and amabile staff. You also benefit from a buffet breakfast. The staff and especially the owner Chris are extremely attentive and responsive to guests. Chris is always there if you need anything, never gets tired! The old town Nessebar, is within walking distance, easy to reach on foot. The beach is not far away! Mamma Mia Chris, you are the best!

Felt like they wanted to make money out of everything. I've never seen a 3* hotel that you have to pay money for parking in front of the house, literally on the street. Also they advertise gym facilities which are chargeable, however with extremely dirty and unsafe equipment. We couldn't use the pool as most of the lounges were used for storage. The bathroom was smelling very bad, and there was some mold on the wall. I believe if they make the gym room storage room and use it, the place wouldn't be packed with stuff everywhere.

We liked the owner Mr. Chris very much. Very welcoming and helpful with joyful personality. Hotel is nice and clean and in perfect location. This place is amazing! A good location, a cozy clean room with all that you need (a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a safe, a great terrace), a clean pool near the bar where you can always take a cup of perfect coffee! The owner, Cris, is really a soul of this place! He is very nice, attentive, friendly, positive and always will find good words for everyone. I really would like to come back here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you for nice emotions and memories!
