The food mainly was cold.

For that price , was really different variety of food to choose and we always could find something for us. The room was clean and the rest of the hotel, the staff cleaned it everyday. The swimming pool, table tennis and bilard were good to spend free time. The bar offered different beverages, snacks and drinks.

air con stopped working but wasn't a particular problem for me , no WiFi in rooms but used mobile internet so wasn't a problem. for the money I recommend this place or pay double to quadruple for the beat there is to offer . open mind and u will enjoy

comfy beds and very big, clean and modern TV,.great location (5 min walk to centre of sunny beach) yet still quiet .food was good and always found something I liked and for the price was very happy with everything

Very slow elevators, poor wi-fi. The bathrooms near pool should be cleaned much more often. Sometimes not nice smell from the sewage system - in the bathroom and also on the pool side.

We arrived to the hotel at around 11.30 and we received a room earlier than 2pm when regular check-in time start - huge thanks for this. Very nice and helpful staff. Large room with big balcony. Room was cleaned every day, tasty food, nice swimming pool, supermarket opposite of the hotel open non-stop. Not so far to the sea, but a bit farer than 550m as in the description. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Kids were very satisficed, a specially ice creams were available all day long :)

I didn’t like that the cold water stopped during the shower. Don’t know what was the problem, but sometimes I had to wait three or four times for cold water to took a shower.

Food was good. Almost everything was great. Location is good, but it’s little far away from the beach.

The music was very loud by the pool, extra beds- extendable armchairs- barely fit for children (very thin mattress), loud noises from other guests in the middle of the night.

Simple requests from the staff were answered only after 2 days, like getting pillows. The curtains are not lightproof so it's really early already the room is full of light. The water in the shower changes from cold to hot water several times during the shower.

Food was ok, drinks and ice creams during the day. Relatively good location, there is a supermarket open 24 hours right in front of the hotel.

Pool toilets and lobby toilets weren't clean. Didn't always have toilet rolls in. Went up to the room to use that toilet.. Lifts are very small and very slow.

Most things were great. Room was excellent pool was excellent and clean. Staff were friendly .our room was very nice had a big suite. Big beds very comfy settee .plenty of wardrobe storage. Close to some lovely restaurants. Efficient cleaners. Knocked to see if you needed anything if you were in your room. Fridge in your room air conditioning. Balcony with pool view.

Like all “all-inclusives” you can't have great expectations. NEGATIVE: - first of all, the hotel manager should be more empathetic with his own staff and listen to their needs and opinions. Maybe they have better organizing ideas. - the bartenders and sometimes the people at the restaurant didn't show up, they weren't enough when all the people were at the table. Several times I waited for cutlery. - you cannot work with one bartender in as many rooms as you have in a hotel. You always need a minimum of 2. Almost every time i was standing in line for drinks for a long time. - secondly, the hotel does not look like 4 stars but rather like 3 stars. Why, because everywhere else in the hotel was full of dust, starting with the stairs at the entrance from the reception. - the cleaning ladies, let's say they were ok, but while I was on vacation, there were 2 cans and a bottle of water on a fire extinguisher in the hallway. In the rooms they only changed the garbage bags and towels every time, and 2-3 times they used the vacuum cleaner. That’s all. - the toilets at the bar and restaurant are terrible. Dirty things that were not repaired immediately and an unbearable smell. Cleanliness about 0. - gym - meh, I didn't use it but it's not who knows what. - there are not many showers at the pool. The pavement on the floor is miserable, dusty, if you walk barefoot you enter the pool with the dirt. - the sunbeds - there were as many as I could fit... - in the room you have a mini-fridge with ventilation, it doesn't get too cold but it's not something wow. - I had the last 2 noisy nights because of some teenagers who were "fighting" in the hallway and in the rooms at 2-3 AM or 4-5 AM in the morning - yes... they were drunk, but I solved this problem together with the receptionist and the bodyguard. … My last opinion and a recommendation from me: STOP FILLING YOUR PLATE WITH A MOUNTAIN OF FOOD IF YOU DONT’T EAT IT.

POSITIVE: - reception ok, we checked in quickly and when I had a problem, they responded immediately. - the coolest bartenders and very good restaurant people. - the food at the restaurant was good and varied every day. - the price was super. - the room was good, exactly as in the pictures. - the drinks at the bar was very good. - the pool was good. - location, good and quiet. - air conditioning, priceless 😄. Overall I felt very good. It’s more like 3-3,5 star hotel than 4. But very good. The bartenders and the people at the restaurant made me feel good. This is not a "luxury" hotel for people with exaggerated claims. But I will also write about the negative elements.

The coffe was very bad, tasted like water. Also all of the other drinks from the all-inclusive menu were bad. It was kinda far from the beach to be honest. It wasn't very clean.

The drinks are unfortunately terrible. For these I would not give more than one star. If the beer is somewhat acceptable but not the best, the juices and coffee are of the worst quality. Alcoholic beverages are only from local production.

The staff is extraordinarily kind and attentive to the needs of tourists, large and clean rooms, quiet both during the day and night. The food is ok, don't expect many dishes at one meal, but the menu changes daily, so you won't eat the same food for 2 days in a row. But it is not a hotel for those which are looking for extreme luxury and sophisticated foods. Distance to the Sea is approx. 1km to walk. Free parking spots into the front of the hotel. Clean pool area with sun chairs and umbrella.

Drinking out of plastic cups in the evening ,think lobby bar should have been open , people were putting towels on sun beds from one day to another including leaving them there over night which wasn’t fair to other guests as they didn’t come to use them till afternoon

The animation team whici was awful. They were bored all they long, The kids club was...not,you could hardly hear The music at the kids disco. Also the kids playground was very poor and dirty.

Everything was great,except the animation team. The food was different every day , there was no way that somebody may say they couldn't find what to eat. The were pancakes everyday, ice cream,pizza ,lots of cocktails ,everything you could want.

- The menu is not very varied, you eat roughly the same things every day - I found ants in the room, the soap dish and the shower head in the bathroom were full of limescale, you didn't even feel like taking a shower - He's a skinny, darker-skinned guy who works in the kitchen and has a tendency to grope women when they're changing trays of food. Besides, he walks around with a knife in his hand And the tip is always pointed at you. Because of him, I dropped a lot of review stars - At the pool there is a shower that flows almost continuously (it is used by people). Because of this, the mud on the ground is very slippery and many people and children have slipped, I announced at the reception but no one cared. - The check in process is quite difficult. We were around 30 people on the day of check in and only 2 people were available to deal with us. It took quite a while - The beds were uncomfortable. Every day I woke up in pain because of the mattress.

- It is quite close to the beach - The taste of the food was quite ok - The cleaning staff is doing their job - The pools were clean - The animation girls really try to make an ok atmosphere through their activities and they really succeed. Maria & Cveti deserve a bonus

The was not any animation during day and everything. Guests just seated at the bar , watching tv and drinking. It was very boring, although the guests came to relax and have fun.
