While the restaurant had good food (Actually I think I was more satisfied with my food there than at the fancy beach bar), it takes hours for the food to be ready. Quite difficult for the staff to speak English.

I was pleasantly surprised that it did look like the photos. It's a nice and simple room, it was clean. The pool was quite large and once again v clean and enjoyable. Don't expect luxury. Across the street from the hotel you had a beach with a very fancy beach bar. You had to reserve well ahead if you wanted a nice place on the beach, but you could also just take your own towel to some other place. I think it was a good place to just enjoy a beach and the pool for a few days. But do bear in mind that there's nothing really to do there as it is in a very small village.

Bathrooms were tiny with even smaller shower cabins. Parking spot was a little hard to find. Cleaning was performed during 14-16 quiet hours when people are trying to rest. Our apartment had a dining area, but no kitchen? At least a counter top would be fine. Complex restaurant is atrociously bad. Service/food in nearby restaurants is also not stellar.

Good swimming pool in terms of size, cleanliness and shade (it is half-covered). Our room had 3 balconies with various views. Beach is close. Walking alleys around the complex are pedestrian friendly and overall infrastructure is good.

- the complex is very good and has lot of amenities like a few nice pools, bar, restaurant, mini-market etc.. - well regulated parking spaces next to the building you're staying - apartments boast very nice interiors and are spacious - the jaccuzy aparment was absolutely fantastic with lovely balcony on top - the whole facility is very well thought-out to provide wholesome and pleasant experience for the guests

Even for a tiny Yorkshire, the pet price is a bit high, and was only found out on arrival. The cleaning is done only in the visible areas. Under the beds, we found a pile of collected dust.

Some facilities are closed - like the SPA - there are still services for massage, but I enjoyed the SPA pool, the saunas and the rest of them while they were open in the AI days. I understood that they could only be offered as part of the All Inclusive concept that is not anymore - so maybe the current client profile does not appreciate that enough. Also, due to the same reason, beach towels are not offered anymore. I would have appreciated it even as a paid service if it could be offered, but it may be the same - possibly not enough customers interested - no idea. Since it's a destination where I usually go by car, I can bring my own, not a problem of luggage as it would be when one flies to the destination. The former nice access path to the beach has been removed, someone fenced part of that land - I guess some land dispute and now the access is made through a partly unpaved parking place. It is not too bad, it's still short, but before it was great and since I can compare, I can notice a slight difference.

I came back to enjoy it again. I appreciate that the complex is kept clean and well maintained even when the profile of the business has shifted from All Inclusive to offering a smaller package of services. This has changed the profile of the guests coming here and, for what I care, it seems to be better. More locals come here now. The staff is at the same time polite, doing their job and non-intrusive. The level of civilization and comfort is just enough for me. The area has not degraded over the years, but evolved a little. The complex itself it's not new as it was when I first found it, but still not worn out . When I booked I thought I want to go one last time to see how it survived the pandemics, but now I think it's not going to be the last time. The profile is not luxurious, but civilized and well maintained. Some people have remarked that this is not a 5* hotel / complex. Maybe. The services are lacking a bit from what you'd expect at a 5* - see below - however I have been at other 5 star hotels where I paid more and I had an unpleasant experience due to various reasons, while here we could just have a great vacation that felt pretty much within my expectations.

The "apartment" was not much of an apartment as such, just a larger hotel room, no kitchen or even a microwave or whatever. Mildly rundown, the showed didn't quite work right, one of the windows didn't close.

The place is really nice, not over-developed, lots of kids and families, a couple of nice restaurants. The pool at the hotel was also nice, warm and clean, not crowded at all. The beach is wonderful, too. AC was great after the beach.

Everything is too overpriced,in booking was written that the price for a dog over 5 kg is 20 euro ,but they charged us double.They didn’t update the prices in booking.So we payed 40 euro per day for our dog.They told me it’s written on reception,but how could I read it 😀I make my reservation through booking…This price is too big for a dog charge ,if I knew it would be like that ,maybe I wouldn’t book.

The location,the cleanliness.The view .The reception guy was very kind .They gave us baby food chair and baby bed.The restaurant was nice ,great food and great staff.The apartment was huge ,with amazing terrace,3 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms ,huge living room.The beach is big and the sea water is absolutely clean and beautiful.

Definitely needs renovation as the furniture was worn out. Walls need some fixes and also bathroom was in a pretty poor condition.

The floor was not clean to my standard and despite the ladies coming to clean it again on the 4th day, was still dirty. Also the balcony had one chair and it was way too small for family of 4. Also the pool was closing at 8pm and the water was cold, despite previous years when it was warmer.

Location was perfect, very quiet despite being close to another small hotel nearby.
