Excellent location close to the old town with its own parking space. From my room there was a wonderful view over the mountains with lovely balcony, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent, very polite and helpful staff. Good quality WiFi. The host gave me good information regarding the area, links to discount for renting the ski equipment. The ski resort is around 25min walk away from the property and the owner offers to take you with a car to gondola for a cheap price. Restaurants and cafe's are also close to the property. I'll definitely come back if I go to Bansko again.

Felt really welcome as soon as we got there, very friendly and attentive. Room was amazing and the view was even better! Short walk into the main part of town, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby and the gondola lift isn't too far either. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again if we visit Bansko in the future!

There wasn’t any mirror except the one in the bathroom, and no slippers.

The view of the mountains, the room temperature, cleanliness of the room and the property. The ski resort is 30min walk away from the property but the owner offers to take you with a car for a cheap price. It has a cute balcony.

The hosts Aleksander and Ani were so lovely- I actually arrived earlier than check in time but they were very welcoming and accommodated me 🥲 the room was clean with a balcony and view of the mountain, and close to the centre - about 15min walk and another 5 to the gondola up to the ski slopes.

Nice renovated very clean and warm rooms with clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Location is perfect right on the Main Street of Bansko next to the main square close to supermarkets and gym. The view is amazing.

Ani Guest House surprised us for the good. Very nice room, cozy and clean, well heated. The Host, Alex is very polite and friendly, helped us a lot with recommendations. Good breakfasts. Situated close to the center and 5 min from the ski center if by car. Thanks a lot! We'll visit more.

Nice location, it's very center of Bansko! Near the main square, plenty of restaurants and small shops are around. Amazing view out of the balcony! The Pirin Mountains are so beautiful. Welcoming and hospitable hosts, we were glad to talk! Comfortable room, tasty breakfast!

The host and family were very kind, helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The room was perfect with magnificent mountain views. Great hot water, shower was lovely, curtains were great as to not allow sunlight in. Kettle in room if you want to boil water. Balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Everything I loved! Everything was jus perfect.

Great place to stay in the centre of Bansko. Room and bathroom were clean and looked the same as on photos. A big bonus is a balcony - quite spacious and indeed, with a view on mountains.

I was a little confused about where to check in and if I should ring the bell, but it was fine!

I loved this guesthouse! It is close to the bus station and the old town. It has lovely big balconies with beautiful views and my room was a good size with a small fridge and kettle, which were very useful. The staff are very kind and helpful. They speak some English and they carried my suitcase upstairs for me (there is no lift). It was very clean and a little more modern than I expected. When my friend decided to join me unexpectedly for the last 2 nights, the staff brought an extra towel and an extra duvet for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony meant the room was cool enough in the summer. This guesthouse is such great value! Thank you!

Lovely place to stay with a balcony and excellent views of the mountains. One of the best places I've stayed in Bulgaria. Host was helpful and allowed us to extend our stay. Rooms were cleaned.
