All inclusive drinks were very warm and not a lot of choices. The midday pool competitions were very loud.

Food sometimes wasn’t amazing but there’s such a variety there’s nearly always something you can eat and for the price it’s quite acceptable. Definitely not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be.

Extremely good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day as well which was nice.

- The food in All Inclusive was worst than the waste we give away. Limited, horrible state & taste. The same for the drinks. - Everything was extra dirty, starting with the restaurant. Seats, drinks dispenser, microwave all extremely dirty. Cats are allowed to get in and running all around, eating up the waste. Everywhere bees and flys. Never seens such a thing in my life. - A lot of great facilities but all mega dirty. There is a great kids corner, but surely it wasn’t cleaned in the last 20 years, you won’t let your child play there. - Parking in front of hotel is very limited, should be hard to find a place in high season.

My baby girl got some stomack cramps because of food at dinner

Julia (kids animator) is the best in staff ! 😁 She deserves a rise! Pool was fine, but the weater didn't help..și water was kinda cold

On Booking the hotel Diamond has 4 stars, but the rooms are a maximum of 2 stars, without cleanliness in the rooms and the bathroom is not as in the pictures in Booking.

The bar is not that variate. Same (aboute 6) alchool drinks everyday, and the juices have a bad taste. The food was good, but repetitive, maybe you can add more in the future, or to change it more often.

The place was very clean, and the cleaning lady was extremely nice and the pool is amazing and also clean.We did not expect a snack bar, it was a good suprise. The stuff was very receptive and they know english, which from our point of view was great. The Parking spots are limited. You can park either behind the Hotel for 15 BGN a day, or you can park in front of the Hotel for 20 BGN a day. You can pay day by day or for the whole itinerary. Usualy the cheaper parking slots are full.

Issues with the parking - limited spots at the hotel; we knew we had to pay for them, but none were available, so we had to park other place.

Room was spacious, same as the balcony, a basic cleaning was made everyday in the rooms. Buffet was nothing spectacular, but the food, even though basic, was good, you had several options. The pool was very nice, but in high season you have to go really early to occupy a spot.

Food quueing system horrendous and only bar at pool so little rubbish plastic glasses so if you wanted to chill in hotel at night it was awful and never had ice after an hour of opening

I didn't like to much the staff couse they was like grumpy at all times. FOOD WAS THE WORST EVER DISGUSTING FOOD. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED BE COUSE THE FOOD IS VERY BAD QUALITY

The hotel was quite nice with the swimming pool and view to the pool. Rooms was quite nice and clean.

The only problem with the hotel was really poor food which was cold and not very tasty. For us food was not very important so I am reducing only one star. however if you have high expectations you may not be satisfied. Saying that, I would like to admit they were serving amazing pizza in side bar that they were making themselves from.scratch. especially the first week, as in 2 nd week they changed cheese to some artifcial cheese alike product. breakfasts were decent too. English breakfast. fresh egg. hot pancakes. nice

Great location and very nice hotel considering the price. Staff were great. Drinks very strong. Rooms clean and spacious. we would definitely come back. the weather was really good despite we went off season.

The air conditioner made noise, but did not cool the room. Lunch and dinner was always the same. In the end we went to restaurants.

The hotel is near the main strip with lots of shopping and not too far from the beach. Very easy to walk there. Our room was overlooking the pool, clean and spacious, nice balcony. Friendly staff.

Honest review: on the booking it says that you can find parking at the hotel but that’s not true. You can find paid parking (20lv/day) in the back of the hotel.
