There were some small maintenance issues throughout the property that could use some attention but did not detract from the experience.

The location is great and the property is beautiful. We loved the cats, hens, roosters and chicks. The beach, cave and several bars and restaurants right on the property completed the experience. The staff was exceptional.

Other than the noisy air conditioner, it was all good.

Extremely convenient to the airport and a great place to start a Bermuda trip. Clean and comfortable, the room was very nice, although the AC was quite noisy. The pool and beach were great and the chance to swim in a cave was a real bonus!

The ground floor rooms were a little damp and musty, we considered asking to move up a floor at one point.

The daily buffet breakfast was a highlight for my kids! The staff knew us all by name and the property was safe and kid friendly, we felt comfortable letting the kids explore outside without constant supervision.

The resort was crowded and had way too many children. The pool and poolside restaurant were extremely crowded at all times. Unfortunately, the wait staff did not service the chaise lou ges on the beach.

The rooms were large and comfortably furnished. The resort was extremely convenient to the bus line and provided easy access to the airport. Great beachside amenities, perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like. the hotel room was a lil damaged. The sink was lose from the wall. There ere slight cracks in the wall.

The breakfast and casino. The check in was fast and they catered to my needs. The facility Overall was amazing in my opinion. I would stay at this resort again.

The resort has lots of steps and hills. Staff was helpful about making it accessible for my handicapped husband. However, I wish we'd been aware of the accessibility issues prior to coming.

Breakfast was rather mediocre but the eggs your way and croissants were good. Hotel was rather expensive through renovations.

I loved the location. Very cool. Beds were comfy with clean room. Lunch had good salads. Food was pretty good.

The on-site caves were amazing. The heated pool was a nice respite given the below average temperatures. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced (for Bermuda). The bus stops were at the entrance to the resort making island exploration easy and convenient.

Your front desk service was spotty. I couldn't call the front desk from my room and get anything except a recording. I tried 4 different times on March 31 and April 1. One of your front desk personnel was impolite to me with my request to change my taxi pickup time which I needed for April 1. Overhearing his rudeness, a fellow employee at the desk intervened and said, "I can help with that." And she was able to easily make the change I needed. I was appreciative. According to a member of my family who also had a very negative interaction with this same front desk person, he was very curt with her on the phone prior to her arrival when she wanted to confirm some arrangements in advance. I believe my family member did ask to discuss this with a manager. I also thought not having a bathroom near the dining room in spite of the construction, was extremely inconvenient if not unsafe. As for the rooms, they are clean but tired. I didn't appreciate being charged $200/night more for my room (462) than my sister's (423) when they are in fact the very same room with the very same view and balcony. I did feel taken.

Food was great. Dining service was great. All the staff, with the one exception noted below, were friendly and very helpful and responsive. I liked the general relaxing and happy atmosphere. Very easy drive from the airport.

The Dive Shop was closed Sunday 9/3 and Monday 9/4. That was very disappointing since we missed out on the water activities the day before due to a cyclone. The weather improves drastically by Sunday. Also, the quality of cocktails and lunch need improvement, both indoor restaurant and at the poolside bar.
