We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BrazilThe breakfast was awesome, specially the cakes and breads, but the restaurant/lounge’s food lacks of more regionality as it tries to be a mediterranean style and stops in the middle. I would focus in the local culinary.

GermanyWe paid thousands of euros for the stay and they still charge for the coffee capsule in the room. The hotel feels greedy with not bringing water to the room and charging for things the other 5 star hotels wouldn’t… We had to argue about coffee capsules for them to take it off the bill

Singaporethere are a lot of sharp edges which make it a little less suitable for young children. due to the rustic materials there were nails jutting out from the decking near the pool. the staff were very quick at resolving the issue when we pointed it out but it shouldn’t have been there to start with. It is more of a couples resort and as friendly as the staff are might not be the right scene for families with young children. We had a termite nest in our room and found termites on our son’s bed. The stag again were very quick in resolving the issue by removing the nest but again given the accommodation is in a rustic setting and termites are present then the accommodation should be regularly checked. The hotel is better suited for a short get away or guests who intend to not leave the resort. Getting out of the hotel was a hassle, we have family near by and also wanted to take a short trip to the nearby beaches and even to the airport. We were overcharged for the transport in every trip we took via the hotel or by local taxis.
The setup, facilities and staff made our stay at Kenoa lovely. the breakfast and dinner selection was extensive and delicious. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and picturesque. the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. The team at Kenoa work very hard to care for the guests and give them a personalised and attentive experience. For each issue we mentioned they were quick to remediate the matter. We really appreciated their care and attention with us and especially our children. One evening our sim fell asleep at dinner and the staff member arranged for a blanket so he could be move comfortable, of his own initiative and good heart.
