Clean, cozy, close enough to town to walk all over town. Grocery / liquor store close by. Went for dinner and felt safe walking home at night. Beautiful courtyard / common spaces for gathering with fellow travellers.

I think it is a bit over-priced compared with other accommodations I stayed at in Belize, and is a pretty long walk from the center. Bicycle solves that issue, though.

This is a nice accommodation with small but comfortable bedroom, great kitchen, lovely outdoor common areas to relax, free bicycle use and friendly staff and host. Clean, good A/C and lovely, spacious shared bathroom.

Simple place. Not fancy but comfy.bed in our room was very comfy. We arrived early but they let us drop our luggage and take some beach chairs until check in.

When multiple people were showering, the water pressure dropped significantly. There’s no real kitchen available if you want to cook your own meals. Also, the central courtyard is quite small, so if neighbors are up early and noisy, you might hear them.

The location is super convenient—just steps from the beach. We really appreciated the free bikes to explore the area and the chill vibe, with hammocks and comfy spots to relax. The air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of towels, plus thoughtful extras like sunscreen, after-sun, and beach gear. The manager was also very helpful and welcoming.

The water pressure on the shower was not good. The house manager didn't always answer his WhatsApp messages in a timely manner

The room was comfy with all mod cons( fridge,coffee maker and water dispenser).They also offered free beach towels, beach chairs and bikes! The location was a few hundred feet from the beach and 5-10 minutes from most restaurants.

There was no window view from our room which was near the road, so there was traffic noise in the morning

The help given by the facility manager 'Junior', and the edge of village location. Very comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Good to have complimentary bikes.

The host, Junior, was very friendly and helpful. The place was amazing and looked even much nicer than the pictures were able to convey. It was very convenient that we could use bikes to cruise to any beach spot or restaurant, or just to go around. Also very convenient that there was a small tourist booth offering all kinds of tours and drop offs/pick up’s.

We stayed here many days. It is a great place to stay. Right near the beach. A short walk to the main part of town, but it's nice and quiet in this area.

The property is right across the street from the beach. It rained almost the entire time we were here, so we were inside a lot. The room was nice and spacious and was set up nicely for our small family.

Room was clean, a good size, included a kitchenette. Junior, the manager, was very helpful, friendly, and always available. We appreciated the extras like bicycles to borrow, beach chairs, etc. The location was great, across the road from the beach, and close to several good restaurants.

Limited bicycles with poor quality of some of the bikes. Junior was great about fixing us up with one that worked. The first day there were no bikes available for use.

The kitchen, however, could use some more coffee cups. That was a great refrigerator. We would’ve loved a pool.

Only slight downside is the location which is a good walk of around 15 minutes to the nearest restaurants, although there are a couple of breakfast places within close proximity.

Located one block back from the beach at the Southern end of town. This relaxed place is a good base for exploring the area if you have a car. There is car parking at the front of the property. Rooms are an eclectic mix of different room types, we chose a first floor balcony room with ensuite. Although quite basic, everything works and there is a good shower with hot water. Downstairs there is a relaxation area, and they also provide free of charge bicycles and beach chairs if required.

The rooms only have a microwave, toaster/ fridge and coffee maker, so you will be eating out for almost every meal that isn't pre-packaged. Junior the caretaker, actually helped us out by lending us a hot pot to cook a little bit with, but there isn't much space to do cooking.

Junior the caretaker is the best! The beds are super comfortable, and it's close to the best coffee shop and gift shop in Hopkins. Fresh water and toiletries were all provided which is awesome as well.

Location is great, away from village music and drumming. Just across lane to beach. Access to bikes to use to explore. This room has 2 side tables and a table for suitcases, important. There is big jug of water in every room, and a few dishes to use. The beach chairs are great too. Junior always ready to help.
