The television in the room did not work. The room was clean, except for the windows, the mirrors, and the television had not been cleaned, it was covered in smudges and fingerprints,and there were holes in the curtains. Other than that, we had a great time.

It was a beautiful room and the Jacuzzi was amazing, the staff was great as was the breakfast.

My room 301 unfortunately had no hot water in shower,staff suggested we go to another room to shower which would have been down on the 1st floor. As we were all settled in for the evening we decided that was not an option for us.. So I suggested a discount on the room & staff agreed. Thank you !

On check in had to sign more paperwork even though online check in was done. Front desk staff didn't properly tell how to open the room with the key, outdated equipment, clocks weren't reset from time change almost a week ago, subpar continental breakfast, cheap but still not 100% with the money,

Second floor room, no elevator, made it inconvenient carring luggage upstairs for seniors.

No fault of the staff, but the fire alarm sounded, so we were all told to vacate the premises. I definitely appreciate that the fire truck was called and checked the hotel before allowing us back into our room.

When I booked it said hot breakfast included. This was misleading. The hot breakfast was hard boiled eggs that were overcooked and a janky Pancake maker that might have worked 33% of the time. While it is nice that the pool is big it needs some work, I cut my toe on the peeling paint of the pools floor and walls. The towels in the pool were frequently empty. The Beds were so worn out that you almost get tipped onto the floor when you get into them. It was very annoying that the battery doors of the room locks would fall off every time the door was opened and shut.

The staff were really nice. My son and I enjoyed using the basketball net. It was nice that the pool was so large.

Tried to book one extra night, called booking/reservation number several times. It was hard to understand individuals who answered calls, I had to call several times. Finally booked and received email confirmation of booking then got a call late in evening that they were full. I had no where to stay. Nice lady from front Reception advised that this has happened before. This needs to be fixed. I think I should get a free night for future trip for my troubles.

Access door for night arrival was locked before specified time. That made for round about trip to our room. There was no elevator, so luggage had to be carried up flights of stairs.

Breakfast room was nice, just no Gluten Free options, brought my own GF product. Maybe a question of food allergies should be asked during booking process. Location was great, close to highway 104.

Price was a bit high for what we got.

My daughter and I were in Amherst for baseball Provincials. Our length of stay was unknown and based on game results. The front desk staff was great to help make things easier. Sarah was extra helpful and kind.
