Nothing to report, for the price is guess it should have been spotless but was clean enough.

Locations is perfect, right on the main street. Cosy room with well equipped bathroom. Great breakfast included too which was perfect for us heading out for a long day out exploring.

Everything! Great location in easy distance to all Banff had to offer. The front desk was welcoming and very helpful in suggesting sights and restaurants. The room was uniquely designed in use of space and didn’t lack for anything. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were easily accessible. The two hot tubs, one with a fireplace, the sauna and even a steam room were well maintained and inviting. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone. It was all delicious. The staff was attentive and available.

Absolutely beautiful room, very large, modern and comfy. Very cute courtyard wit two hot tubs, sauna, well maintained. Free breakfast was an extra bonus and was better than expected.

The cups in the room where chipped/ broken. When we first checked in, the towels had hairs on them..

It was our 40th wedding anniversary, I did inform the desk, nothing special was done to make us feel, kind of special occasion. We were on 3rd floor, hot water jacuzzi was on ground floor. Always accepted. Lol

We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was high quality. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and we appreciated the Nespresso in the room. Great location close to Banff Ave restaurants and shopping.

Parking on site was not available on one night of our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful/knowledgeable to find a free alternative but it was a about almost 2 blocks away. For us, it was not a problem but for someone with mobility issues, this might have been.

Breakfast was excellent. Buffet with healthy options and all of the food was very good. Location was excellent. Easy walk to Banff shopping. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It was nicely located on Banff Ave. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Hot tubs were. Very nice way to end the day. Front desk staff are super friendly and helped us book some attractions. Breakfast buffet was very good. Free underground parking

The elevator is really small. Everything else was wonderful. Breakfast was great and they had a variety of choices. The location was perfect for walking around town.

We could hear dripping sound from the wall or ceiling late at night. It sounded like there was a pipe/faucet leak.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and had enough space. Ambiance was cozy.

Love that the staff got all our rooms on same floor. Very convenient for visiting. Hot tub, sauna and steam room are my fav and come back every time for those. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Breakfast staff was very kind to me as well!

We didn’t love that you had to go outside to get from the lobby to our room. No big deal but just cold at times.

Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The hot tubs were really nice.
